1 ★8/24 This is the third time the app randomly stops making an audible notification. I had to change the notification tone within the app and it made an audible tone-fixed. This was the same thing that happened a few years ago. Another time I had to completely uninstall and reinstall the app. I was on call last night. This could have been a serious delay in patient care if I had been paged and could have affected a patient's outcome. NOT COOL. 2/2025 update- same issue again! Reinstall needed.
1 ★I can't erase messages as they come in.
1 ★I use it for work. It's now not working
1 ★I do not get notifications of messages. I missed 2 yesterday and 3 today. I am a physician and this is the app my hospital uses to page us to and it is horrible and dangerous. Even with notifications on, my phone volume on, my phone settings to get notifications from this app, I only know i was paged because I opened up the app.
3 ★very buggy in general, most of the times does not let you forward a message

1 ★Crashes to often an will lock ya out so you have to get ahold of your admin to get back in
2 ★Cannot call patients via third party dialer (like doximetry to hide my cellphone number) or cut and paste number from messages... A patient got my cell number and called me directly multiple times. They've been telling me for over 3 years that in the next version of Android they will include the ability to cut and paste on numbers which has yet to happen.
2 ★Text box is busted. If you highlight and delete a word, it goes haywire
