1 ★Not working for me. I've booked a trip and this app is supposed to provide details like wifi code, door entrance code, etc. It doesn't work at all. Doesn't even show that I booked the trip. I'd give it zero stars if I could.
1 ★Clicking on open map to find your reservation crashes the app. I don't see any information that I didn't already have in email. It does show a list of near by attractions and restaurants, but I don't need this app for that information either. Maybe it would be useful if I was traveling every week, but for once or twice a year, seems like bloatware.
5 ★A vacation at this beautiful home is heaven on Earth. The home is tastefully decorated with beach colors and a perfect beach view from the upper level. The house is spacious, and the beds are very comfortable. The location is close to fun and unique little towns with delicious restaurants and shops. You will love staying at Vizcaya!
3 ★Liked the location, activities, and the beach. The funiture and decor was really bad. Too many mirrors, couch very uncomfortable, washer and dryer that took all day. We left on the 24th. A week early.
4 ★I don't like the fact that this APP can read and/or change your SD Card on your phone. Meaning it can acquire your info and your Contacts info. App is easy to use. Gives information of surrounding restaurants and activities.
1 ★app barely functions. temperature controls for my stay were definitely bugged, and there is no internal messaging service. they want you to connect your email and give no guarantee that it wont be shared with third parties. big no for me. next time an airbnb wants me to use this, I'm cancelling.
1 ★The app is cumbersome and unintuitive. It collects a ton of private information with no opt out option. Completely unnecessary when the only thing you need is the access codes to the rental property.
5 ★Our family has been coming to IHBR for 5 years! We loooooove it here. The villas are nicely decorated. Short walk to private beach or to heated pool. Game room. The staff & maintenance crew take good care of this place. They are available to answer questions from guests.
5 ★Not sure what all the complaints are about, I had no issues with the app. It was able to pull up my reservation with no problem, and see what was around my rental. I was able to use maps without it crashing.
1 ★Hate the idea of HAVING to put an app on your phone to view reservation info. Especially one that's wants so many privileges to info on your phone. Why does it need access to my contacts? Stupid. Downloaded and uninstalled as soon as I got the info I needed.
5 ★Great app! We had a great time at the Pineapple House. Very clean and comfortable with plenty of seating for our group. AND, all of the beds were very comfortable!!!! We will stay again when we return to Port Aransas!
5 ★We loved our stay at the L in Ocracoke. The location close to town worked out great. We were within a short walking distance to the fresh fish store that we used everyday, gift shops, and grocery stores. We walked over every night to the dock for sunsets over Silver Harbor. The house was just perfect. We enjoyed both the east facing deck and west facing screen porch. We loved the outside hot and cold shower as well as the inside walkin shower. Clean house with lots of extras. Hope to come back.
