1 ★Unable to detect the bridge, blue light slow flashing, device is visible in my bleutooth device, app shows no device. Great vendor locking.....
3 ★My main issue is when setting the absence schedule I can set the return minimum 2 days from now, allowing to set it to whatever time after departure time would be very useful. Also it would be good if the apps shows when the water heater is set to away mode from the unit and provides a button to change it to working mode.
1 ★App was not that bad if you do not count the crashes and constant logging out, but lately they blocked the App on their side, I contacted the support, they were extremely useless. The App cannot be used until v.3.0.0 update. And the update is not released. Since you cannot release the update why do you block the previous version is just beyond my understanding. Absolutely incompetent decisions
1 ★Buggy and too little functionality. I have a explorer 3 heat pump as well as the other user here. I was expecting to adjust the water temperature boost and see the consumption of the boiler in kwh. Instead the app gives a lot of errors when altering the state of the boiler not showing temperature and also for consumption not the kwh but euros. The bridge is really not worth the investment with this app. Are there improvements planned or is there any expert function coming?

1 ★This is a minimalist app to say we have an app to control devices (juhuu) without any positive user experience. Can't configure real temperature offset (the device shows 3 degrees less). When prog mode enabled, the tile don't show the actual setpoint, it's showing the manual setpoint. Colors are terrible ex. Heating ir not is grey or green (near gray green) Can't connect to google home (it says no device found).
1 ★During the entire month, we've had the water heater, the programming app has functioned exactly one time, and even then, we had to take down the router password, leaving the entire wifi system vulnerable. Have called the local tec support more than one can count, and I even contacted my internet provider. All in all, the app stinks.
1 ★This app doesn't deserve even one star. It's a complete FRAUD!!! It's now already one hundred time as I tried to pair my water heater with the App and still no success. In the beginning it showed me that the network is not visible so I bought a WiFi amplifier after that I still get the message that the connection has failed. It actually showed me the number and description of my water heater but I can't get it to move forward. I will never again buy this kind of water heater before checking it.
1 ★No option to use the app and no help from the support team for a week now. I tried to make an account a week ago, waited for a conrifmation email and still i haven't received it, though I've tried a few more times since then. I wrote an email to share the problem a few times, the first time the support answered that I have to wait the 24h, and from then on..Nothing is happening except for.. me waiting and trying to log in(without confirm),trying to make an account again, checking the spam,etc.
4 ★The app can be a bit rough around the edges during the registration process, but the support team are rather helpful in resolving any issues that may arise. Once registration and devise pairing are complete, the app works as expected: you can control your home appliances, view the feed from their sensors, and even receive weather and air quality info for your current location (rather handy!) as well as calculate your energy footprint. In the end, I am satisfied with how the app works! :)
1 ★Garbage app,send your Atlantic and thermor products back,app doesn't connect with boiler or heating system,shows error or don't connect with server ,looks like scam if WiFi doesn't connect with equipment and boiler or heating system works as dumbboiler just wasting your money and time,stupid client service also,and don't say that my WiFi signal is weak etc your app sucks with your products
1 ★Very low performace of app and apliance. Do not recomend. I continue use it because i pay a lot money, but not willing to recomend this product. App is BIG joke, looks like amateurs make it for free. Specs and performace of app is basic and low quality. Why you sell equipment when you did not enable menu to chose that countries. After 3 month still have problems with wifi concept and this brand Atlantic.
