5 ★Amazing accessories

3 ★Tried to create an account and login but it kept telling me that my login information is incorrect so I went to forgot password and it tells me that my email is not registered to an account. I also tried making an account on your website and not the app but it still didn't work. Not sure what's going but please fix it.

1 ★Everytime I use this app it will show me the homepage, then, whenever I go to search something or click into a category to browse, NOTHING loads. At first I thought it was my wifi so I used my mobile data, still nothing. Don't know if this has been going on for a while or is a recent glitch but I won't be using this app until further notice.

1 ★Not worth the effort Great idea, love the site, and the products. but it's not worth downloading any app that won't keep your login info. Seriously for a company with "geek" in it's name, you should feel a little embarrassed that you haven't figured out how to solve this problem since I tried downloading this app FOUR YEARS AGO. I'm a man of science.

4 ★1 flaw with an otherwise awesome companies app. It can't remember your login details. I have to keep read logging back in every single time in this which makes choosing favorites an absolute pain which kind of defeats the purpose of the service. Fix that and 5 Stars instantly.

1 ★Love the store and products, the customer service and shipping is all top notch, but the app itself is subpar. The homepage works well enough, but trying to explore the shop or check the products results in a blank page staring back at you. I thought it was an issue with my Wi-Fi, but regardless of location or alternative signal yields the same result, and I'm not the only one to have encountered this ongoing problem. For a company that labels itself as "Geek", this is surprisingly old fashioned. Again, the products and store are wonderful, I'm a repeat customer, but the app itself is horrendous.

1 ★I have installed and uninstalled 3 times. When I go to search or shop, it shows me a blank screen. I had awesome service, as well. Just felt like a hassle.

1 ★Trying to unsubscribe to news letters doesn't work. Tried this through the app and on their website. It just doesn't save and reverts back after clicking save. As such thinkgeek emails going to my Gmail account have been flagged as spam.

2 ★I absolutely love this site, but the app itself has been getting progressively worse. I used to have issues staying logged in. Now pages will not load at all regardless of the connection (wifi or data).

3 ★I like the app but.... the app keeps signs me out of my account and when tap on an item i want to look at nothing come up. all i see is the the name of the item. it been happen since the last update. please fix

3 ★I love your site but for some reason on my LG V20 I type anything in or go to anything and all i see is blank white screen. It never pulls up. It use to. What happened? I will give a 5 star rating if fixed. Also I have tried uninstall and reinstall. Same problem

1 ★I downloaded this app because the site wasn't mobile friendly. But the pages of the app won't load! Not even the homepage or discover tab, let alone trying to search for something else. I couldn't even submit this feedback on the app, it wouldn't send. This definitely soured me to buying from Thinkgeek this holiday season.
