How it works:
• Download the free app, then create a Mindbody account (or log in to your existing account) to get started.
• Enter your location at the top of the screen to see local intro offers, price drops, and deals near you.
• Looking for something in particular? Jump to the "SEARCH" icon at the bottom of the window to find businesses near you. From there, you can type in the desired service or browse popular categories.
• Need to refine your results? Filter your search by business, class, date, time, distance, or category. You can also sort based on what's recommended, top-rated or closest to you.
• Once you select a class or appointment, you can read up on reviews, instructor & service provider bios, and how to get there. You can also choose a business first to learn more about their amenities, schedule, services, location, and pricing.

1 ★Used to love it, now hardly usable, keeps logging me out.
1 ★Much like a few other users, the app will not allow me to log into my account (I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling in, and reset my password). Every time I try to log in, it tells me my password is incorrect. However, when logging in using a web browser, my credentials work. Clearly the app has issues. Called hotline and was placed on hold for over an hour. Poor service for the amount of money that merchants pay for this platform.
1 ★App is unreliable and frankly useless. Came to read the reviews and so glad I'm not alone. I tried the app on 2 different phones, uninstalled and reinstalled, restarted both phones... and still get the same problem: it won't sync/recognize the pass I paid for so I can schedule classes. Have had to book directly through the fitness company via phone which completely defeats the purpose of this app. Already reached out to the customer service/ support email. So frustrating!
1 ★The app will not allow me to log into my account (I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling in, and reset my password). Every time I 'successfully' log in, and click on my profile, it then tells me to sign in. The app used to work, so I have no idea what has happened to it over the past couple of weeks, but it is clearly not fit for purpose.
1 ★Won't link up to my wellness room I want. I shows it is in my area and when I click on the class I want it says it's unable to be booked via this app and to call the business. Business has also been trying to amend this issue. Very frustrating and absolutely useless!
2 ★It's worked great since day one and up until recently. The last month or so, it does weird things... Like if I click on a day to see what classes are available it'll show no classes, or it'll show the wrong day, etc. It's super frustrating. So if I try and book a class it'll book the right time on the wrong day, and things like that. I've made sure it's updated, I've restarted my phone, nothing helps. It continues to happen. I wish my gym would use something else to book classes. 🤷
1 ★Unexpectedly logged me out, said my password was wrong, wouldn't let me reset password. Now is saying I dont have a gym membership.
1 ★I can no longer book a class after my monthly renewal date. This has started happing since January. The studio operater said it was the result of an update. Why did you change this? Please fix this bug. This is not the first problem I have had with this app. You app has over charged me and under charged me. I now check my balance monthly because your app is unreliable.
2 ★App worked really well until recently - now I can't select the specific passes I want to use. It takes them from wherever even when I select a specific class package. This makes it difficult because they expire at different times. Filed a task, and they said this is normal behavior because of package prioritization...but that doesn't make sense since it worked before. Definitely would improve my rating if this buggy behavior was fixed. In response to reply: I've already informed the developer.
1 ★Won't stop emailing me whenever I sign up to a class. Continually spams me with emails with no way to turn it off
1 ★This is a terrible app. It's very difficult to search and find classes. Then when you find a class, good luck with trying to book. It constantly kicks you out as soon as you add a card, which suggests that the app is not secure. I would not recommend putting your card details into this app. I tried this app about a month ago and found it so awful that I uninstalled it before even booking a class. I had hoped that they would have improved the app and fixed it by now, but it's actually got worse.
4 ★Every so often my favourites are deleted which is frustrating. I opened the app this morning, and usually it gives you a list of classes for the same day. But because today's a public holiday it was a list of tomorrow's classes. It's not obvious at all, so I booked a class on the wrong day and then the studio was shut. They really need to say 'no classes today' instead of automatically skipping ahead to the next day.
