How to install MGM Rewards APK on Android phone or tablet?
Download MGM Rewards APK file from ApkClean, then follow these steps:

1 ★I downloaded this app to get a digital key, and it took over 20 minutes to load my digital key. The digital key does not work in the elevators so I'm not sure what the point is. This app has very little to no information regarding the MGM and it's amenities it has no hotel map either. It didn't work that great, for many things it continued to say loading or oops error on our end.
2 ★Room key doesn't load immediately because of poor service in the hotel, so you're standing in the elevator waiting for it to finish before you can do anything, which is absolutely terrible. When we checked in, we got an error that it didn't work, but then a notification several minutes later that our room was ready. There's no option to contact anyone in the app, so you're left without any help or support unless you actually go to the front desk. It's just a very buggy and broken app.
2 ★I would love to give this app more stars but it constantly needs to be uninstalled and reinstalled because I receive the message that there was a problem and to see the front desk. The first couple of times, I was okay but this has happened too many times in the past couple of weeks. I may not reinstall which sucks because I like being able to check my cresits and having the option to book a room.
1 ★Been trying to get SOMEONE to correct my last name on the app and NOONE seems to capable of that task. They tell me the their system show the correct name and I tell them that's not my complaint. The mobile app and desktop app don't reflect the correct last name. Not that difficult to understand. The incorrect name on mobile app doesn't allow me to check in because it's not the same name on the reservation. uuuhhhh!!!
3 ★Apps for me is useless. Checked in thru this app but when I swiped my cp to get the room key, it doesn't work and need to go to a long line check-in. And one sad thing, there was only 1 or 2 front desk for noir/platinum and there is more on the lower cards. So, there's no make sense in prioritizing the higher cards coz as I observed, they went faster.
1 ★Your app is awful. Never has correct info, and today upon signing in, no matter what you chose to see(offers etc) keeps reverting back to sign!! So frustrating. I am at the borgata for last 3 days and not working yesterday either while i was at box office trying to gain entry into offers to get my burlesque tickets for sept. After circling forever, when i hit a date to request on the list, it comes back with, sorry, we can't cancel your reservation, of which i didn't even get to yet!! Ugh.🤨
5 ★Awesome app! We checked in through this app, used it as our key card and checked out. We didn't have to wait in long check in and check out lines and the app was informative and pretty responsive overall. The only issue we experienced was the key card feature was a little glitchy if you didn't have service, but overall it was great! Highly impressed with the way things developed due to Covid.
1 ★Ridiculously clunky app. Constantly reenentering dates of stay. Half the time I log in it says try again later. Won't scroll past 3 properties (for Las Vegas). Can't add MGM # to reservation, only sets up new number which is difficult to fix. Tried emailing, 4 days and counting waiting for response. Tried visiting desk, can't help with app (my account is fine in their system).
1 ★Unfortunately, this app is not prepared to meet the demands of a traveling consumer. If the app were at minimum competent, this review would be vastly different. I can't get past the "fluffing pillows" screen; watching my screen toggle back and forth while trying to load is extremely frustrating. MGM is too much of quality brand name to have such a deplorable customer experience. Do better OR ELSE!!! (said while wagging fist furiously and exploring other casino apps)
1 ★Most recent update broke what was an already mediocre app. At first it kept saying I didn't have the updated app, even though I did. Today, the app opens, but I cannot log in on the app to see my personal offers, tier status, etc. Keeps saying "Something went wrong...refresh to try again, but when I click refresh, it just goes back to the login screen.
2 ★so figured out a workaround. for those of you who can't log in, force stop the app, delete all of its data, uninstall. then when you reinstall it will all for your account and you can log in. it looks like if you already had the old app you are locked out of the new one. once the app is running there is no way to log in again so it has to be done in the very first opening. I hope this helps the other users who can't log in. it still needs a log in option on main screen
1 ★This app is terrible. It doesn't load anything. Thats a problem because its your elevator and room key. Ridiculous. Full signal or connected to hotel wifi. Doesn't matter. Don't use this app. Get a key from the front counter and save yourself the frustration. Its not fun to stand in a elevator and not be able to go anywhere.
