4 ★Once it's set up its pretty good and easy to use. 10 minutes after getting my phone number saved I started getting bombarded with unsolicited scam calls to my phone which has never in 15 years gotten more than 1 or 2 total unsolicited calls. Trying to set it up and close the app for 1 second to look at a insurance number or card number and you lose all the information entered and have to start over.
1 ★This app has the potential to be awesome but it's anything but. I registered my account everything was fine until it's time to actually use the app. It was a nonstop error error error fest. Would be so awesome if this app actually did what it was built for. Everytime I hit the "Get started" button it was error error. Called the help center, after jumping through the computer automated system hoops I finally got connected to a lady who sounded like she was at her house doing chores while speaker
5 ★This app ($10/visit with my insurance) has replaced my favorite urgent care's telehealth app (free) due to ease of use, how knowledgable and friendly the doctors are, how quickly prescriptions are sent to the pharmacy, how useful the therapists are (they even give homework, share articles, recommend books, etc), and the fact that I can switch to a different therapist at any time is awesome. The setup is a bit lengthy but it makes scheduling meetings with doctors and therapists a breeze.
3 ★The app needs work but the service is good. The app did not record the credit card information properly and could not process payment. Once entered, the app does not allow the user to open or edit the credit card information. I tried to use another card and the app would not allow me to adjust the billing zip code. I had to contact support to have the payment information entered. The support staff was helpful. The doctor called within 10 minutes and took care of my appointment.
5 ★Pretty easy to work with, and allows personal contact with a healthcare provider in a very convenient format. The video calls work well, and I've gotten a lot of help. But this is been in psychological areas, I don't know how it would work in actual medical areas, since I have a primary care doctor, and use this app through my insurance plan.
1 ★AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Not worth the headache. Absolute worst customer service experience I've ever had in my life. First their doctor did not show up for a scheduled appointment. They then proceeded to bill me incorrectly for their mistake and I am still fighting 4 months later to have it corrected. Their customer service reps are useless as all they can do is submit tickets that basically go into to nowhere land with 0 follow-up. Tried this service for the convenience. Never again!
2 ★Severe issues with progressing after selecting options. Was only able to proceed after moving back a page and then moving forward. The blue arrow in the lower left page woulf either be grayed out or it woulf be blue wouldn't react. Long loading between screens. Health profile wouldn't load and had to move back a page and go forward numerous times to get it to populate. Not phone or connection based issued as everything else works.
4 ★Overall excellent. Slow and connecting to appointments, but connection is really well. Inconvenient that the audio doesn't continue if you need to look at your calendar. But I did not have to re-login in order to go back to the call. Very slow to retrieve messages sent after clicking on the message.
1 ★Don't trust this app!! It's HORRIBLE. They charged me for a telephone appointment, even though I have a BCBS PPO that was approved BEFORE the appointment. When I emailed them I was told to call customer service. I called customer service and was told there was nothing she could do to help me. I tried updating it in the app over a dozen times and kept getting notifications that they were experiencing technical difficulties. So I email 3 more times and was told they couldn't help.
1 ★The app is very slow and extremely buggy. It takes 20-30 seconds to open after I've tried to log in and trying to see messages is just as bad. The video and audio quality is very poor and all the phone calls I get route to voicemail and I can't even call back to get to my appointments on time. Very disappointing experience.
5 ★I love the convenience of this app. The doctor I have is really great! He listens to me and is quite helpful. Much better than an in person doctor. And yes, they are real doctors not AIs. The app is easy to navigate. The only thing I have to say negative is when you have to put your reason for your visit it doesn't have just a plain "Follow-up" or "Medicine Check-up". You have to go through your whole diagnosis everytime.
2 ★The doctors are great but the tech support for the app is apparently non-existant. I've tried to schedule a medical visit several times and i keep getting an error that something has gone wrong. I've reached out to support both through the app and through the Google Play contact info and haven't heard anything. I hoped the newest update would just fix it but still getting the error.
