1 ★Every provider that accepts my state insurance never responded to any appointment request or messages sent except for one, which informed me that state insurance does not cover this type of therapy... Wtf?
3 ★The video part always messes up...i can hear but im frozen and there is a message blocking my therapist if i click it it shuts the app off!

5 ★I've yet to find an app like this that connects you to an on-demand therapist. I was able to handle all aspects of a consultation, from finding a licensed therapist near me, to paying my copay (the app recognized my insurance), scheduling the consultation, doing a video session from my phone (very cool) and then having a post session survey. Worked very well and super convenient – would definitely recommend to anyone before they drive out to a therapist's office!
