§ 이용 가능 지역: 전미 지역 가능 (아이다호, 아칸소 주 제외, 텍사스 주는 전화 진료만 가능)
§ 이용 시간: 365일, 24시간 진료상담 가능
§ 주요 진료 과목: 감기, 발열, 통풍, 두통, 화상, 감염, 관절, 충혈, 발진, 알레르기, 인후염, 구토 증상 등 응급상황 외 화상 진료가 가능한 가정의학 과목
§ 이용 요금: 미국 현지에서 최초 이용 시점부터 30일간 무료이며, 30일 이후 진료 시 결제 필요
§ 모바일을 통한 처방전 발급 시스템 구축 (진료상담 위치에서 가장 가까운 약국으로 처방전 전달)

- 상담을 위해 입력하신 정보 및 진료 기록은 kokdoc.com이 보관하지 않으며, kokdoc.com은 의사의 진료 및 처방에 대한 어떠한 책임도 지지 않습니다.
- 무료제공 기간 30일 이후 이용 시 해외 결제 가능한 신용카드를 통한 이용료가 청구됩니다.(1회당 $38)
- 본 서비스는 와이파이 (Wifi) 환경에서 지원되며, 로밍 상태에서 국내 / 현지 통화,데이터 이용 시 로밍 요금이 과다 청구될 수 있습니다.
