1 ★Worst service with delivery, I was supposed to get the specs by 18th Nov. I haven't received it yet, the customer care just promises a date and doesn't take any action. When I contact again on the promised date, they take the new timeline and the loop continues. Specs being a daily essential, we can't trust lenskart for providing it. Worst service!!!
1 ★A terrible app. Dont use it. Dont buy its gold memdership. Customer support is worst. Offline store services and staff are not helpful at all. I went to lenskart store of Prayagraj (sardar patel marg), no one helped us. I had issue with the contact lenses delivered. They kept asking me to get them connected to the customer care. They made us wait for an hour. But didnt offer any help. What's the use of such stores!!
2 ★Very bad experience 1st time with lenskart, delay in delivery and then again delay to get my products due to delivery of faulty products. Very bad experience. They r more focused on new business and not worried about delivery.
2 ★Frames and lense quality is up to mark but the only problem is, customer experience. Whenever i try to buy something, it out of stock and never back in stock again. I wanted a light pink colour of hustlr series but now its not in stock. I wanted a medium blue aviator shaped lenskart air frame and it was for just 1000 with bluecut. But boom, now its out of stock. Chances are low but still, if you guys are listening, please stock them up they are still in my wishlist and i want to buy them.
1 ★There is no resolutions being given for any queries. Only Ticket Numbers are generated each time you ask them. It is just an eyewash. Lenskart claimed that any scratches etc on lenses can be cleaned but to my surprise today when I tried with them, it still remained. They now say that it is inside the glasses ,hence cannot be cleaned. Utter Nonsense! I have been with them since six years with 3 purchases of two pair of glasses each time.Regret now using them. Now will definitely be out of Lens

1 ★I saw an ad of lenskart, so I got interested to check out the frames but after I installed the app, it was taking too much time to load before I could click the selfie to determine the size of the frame. I thought ok,maybe there's some problem, so I deleted the app and re-installed it, but this time too, I had to face the same problem, like literally for 5-10 mins the screen was just buffering and showing "loading". Let me tell you, it creates a very bad impression on a potential customer. 👎🏻
1 ★Unpleasant Experience with Recent Contact Lens Purchase I recently purchased contact lenses from Lenskart, and unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. Despite the accurate power, the lenses caused extreme discomfort and even led to persistent headaches. This unexpected outcome has left me quite dissatisfied with the product. I believe it's crucial for Lenskart to address such issues to ensure a better customer experience in the future.
1 ★I have very bad experience with them,I ordered antifog lens and paid amount for it but I didn't receive it and I have to to lots of time on store and waste my time and even after that they didn't provide any solution,if they can't provide the service and product then why they add it in their additional features and charges money for it
1 ★When item was shipped,it was pretty late and I had rescheduled it clearly to delivery guy to come at that particular time the next day,And it was not delivered ,and marked as item not delivered,who in their right mind does something like that, after all shops are closed, and I called customer service,and all they said was ask your refund money to the seller,how am I supposed to know who is the seller, refund back my amount immediately,blocking my app won't work.Give my money back!!!!!!!
5 ★It has one of the best feedback and online complaint system. Also I would suggest to go offline and try the frames. If needed order can be placed online later after selection of frame. They do have try virtual 3d feature but going offline to see is best.
1 ★Downloaded app and got their gold membership, placed an order. I had a simple query on how to delete saved image on app for frame. I tried reaching out to chat support via app and the WhatsApp for gold members, got connected with someone name Rahul Yadav who kept me waiting for 12 minutes and then incorrectly transfered my chat stating it was a order issue. This made it quite clear this is 3rd rated pathetic app were one can not expect proper assistance with even simple things, Unistalling.
