1 ★SLOW. And everytime you go to check out you have to go to each item, one by one, to select free shipping. Forgot something? Add it and redo the shipping. And speaking of shipping, if the item doesn't day "Free Shipping" it says "See shipping details in cart." Then they charge anywhere from $.49 to $5.83. For the cheapest option. PER ITEM.
1 ★I have tried to order thru your app for 2 months without success!! very difficult to navigate! Then it would NOT accept my perfectly good credit card. I tried to call Kmart to order. the connection was horrible, he wanted item #s which are NOT next to the products. when I went back to the app it froze up. I have gotten rid of your damn app. why the Hell did you close our local Kmart. i hate you. I see why you are going out of business. customer service -ZERO!!
3 ★This app closes or freezes too frequently and the way it loads items for sale is way too slow and doesn't load enough items at one time. It should show you many more items on the same page and you shouldn't have to wait whole it onlyb loads another 6 items. I do not like this app at all, it just isn't functional for the savvy, frequent asdhopper!
3 ★Constantly Freezing Up!! Every single time I've used this app, it freezes up, then I get the message saying, the Kmart app is not responding. So then I have to start whatever I was doing or looking for all over again, which is really annoying, especially when it happens 2-3 times. Sometimes I just look elsewhere (Wal-Mart) because of it constantly freezing up.
1 ★I've changed my mind. This company is so far down the crapper it ain't never getting out. Supposedly you get free shipping if you order $35 worth of goods. I did that. The app said I had free shipping. I get my confirmation email and they charge me $8.98 for shipping. I try calling them and I'm told it will be refunded. 11 days later and the shipping still hasn't been refunded.
1 ★The account doesn't update in a timely fashion. If you're not eligible for a deal, on checkout, that information should be shown. When you checkout, account will show that you will receive points, when in fact, you won't. Technology exists, and Sears/KMart has the funds, to create an App, that updates your account. If you checkout, and you're told that you will recieve cashback in points, you should, without a doubt, receive them.
2 ★Knocked me off so I had to sign in every time I opened it, which is extremely annoying, since it doesn't save you ID and password. If you do use it, whenever you look at something, it takes you back to the start, so you have to scroll through pages you've already looked at to get to where you were. On the plus side, you can find some good prices, but you must be willing to spend a LOT of time finding them, and it is hit or miss. You must check the app often to find anything worthwhile.
1 ★I dislike many apps & this is one of the worst. I started trying to do an online order 10 days to 2 weeks ago & still haven't placed it. When starting, I knew exactly what I was looking for but finally after finding it, I decided to look for a couple other items. The app just kept me going around & around. To b fair, I have a little trouble w/lots of apps & the internet but I have spent hours on this one. I'm so frustrated & I sure miss our Kmart store.
1 ★KMART WILL NOT RETURN YOUR ITEMS!!!! i am STILL trying to return something that was bought in February. They keep telling me they need another 72 hours to "research the issue"!!! What issue? I bought something, it doesn't work, and i need to return it. When i talk to a representative, they try to sell me a home equity line of credit!!! Really!?? Just return my fuc k ing item kmart!!!!!!
5 ★This app is truly a life changer. You will find amazing deals and be able to afford what you never thought you could. Kmart gives more than reasonable incentives for you to purchase their items. They give out "FREECASH", which are instant rebates on certain items. You also can earn cashback points, which can make some purchaes basically "free". Nobody is perfect, so out of my several, several purchases 2 arrived incorrectly (size). I contacted their incredibly friendly and supportive CS reps, who immediately fixed the mistakes. Kmart is a Sears brand. I shop at both their brands and I am more than loving it. I cannot believe I discovered these apps just 3 months ago. A big thank you to Sears and their amazing staff.
1 ★I want to scream in frustration! I basically have $30 in points that I want to use, but the search function is beyond unuseful. Even when putting in the most detailed description of an item, I will find everything but what I am looking for. If I do find the item, it's either sold out (why have it online then?), or the price is at least 2 to 3 times higher and sold by a third party seller. Just like their retail stores, trying to find something here is a hodgepodge mess of futility. This is why KMart and Sears are going out of business, I'm screaming take my money for these things, and they are making it impossible for me to get anything.
1 ★Can't get in. Says it sent a link to my email which it hasn't in the 15 trys. I'm getting the feeling nobody cares because Kmart is going bankrupt. You could at least save the customers you still have.
