3 ★No way to export your data. To me, that renders this app, the withings account and all withings devices useless. EDIT: Dev responded with a help article explaining that you have to 'select the user' in the website settings menu. This requires to press the round symbol with the user initials at the top of the menu to navigate to the user-related settings. I found this very puzzling, that did not look like an actionable button to me. There I can "Manage my data". The download seems to contain all.
2 ★Scanwatch is great, unobtrusive, many sensors, weeks battery! In app, the "Heart Rate" section has quite accurate sleep times! ...BUT the "Sleep" section sleep times are different/wrong! It/you can't add a NAP, only 1 sleep start/end time allowed. So try figuring out sleep time via HR tracking graphs. Also, why can't notifications automatically turn off when I sleep?!? I have to keep them off usually so I don't forget & am awoken. Lastly, is BREATH TRACKING possible? Would be great for Wellness!
5 ★Love both the device (Withings hr sport) and the app. Detailed insights regarding sleep and physical activities. Could also register sleep during naps, that would be a great update as well as not count all time in bed as sleep (for example while reading). The only real poor thing is the alarm, the limit of max 3 alarms is a bit upsetting and the mechanics of setting the alarm is simply horrific (one have to drag all the way up and down throughout the 24 hour scale). Love it anyway. 5 stars!
4 ★Really love the scale and the app, lots of great features. Only thing I don't like (like others have said) is how to add new people. It's confusing and a bit stupid! (You have to tell a scale how much the person you are adding weights after they have weighted themselves)... Having said all that, I'm only going to add a few people so can't complain too much
1 ★Syncing scales is so bugged out it's ridiculous. Hours just get it to sync with the app. They give the same stupid generic response when obviously it's not the user when EVERYONE has the same problem. The weight variations are laughable. I will step on the scale multiple times in a row and get different numbers every time. No wonder you can get them free. You get what you pay for.
4 ★It has a hard time working well with other apps but it is great for connecting to my withings
2 ★Bougth Body Cardio scale to share with my family. It seems it has been working fine for me for a few days. However, it doesn't not work for my wife. I shared scale with her with WI-FI setup precisely following instructions. It recognizes my wife, but shows just her weigh and weather. Few other metrics display just flashing cross and after second or third cross screen goes black indicating that scale thinks that measurement is complete. We disagree and will be returning it if solution not found
4 ★The app is perfect, the scanwatch is near perfect. Just a few things. I wish there was a way to link the data from my polar or wahoo back to health mate as an overlay to my scanwatch data. Scanwatch also definitely needs temperature scanning and blood pressure. Maybe in the next generation watch!!! Also I can't join the beta program.
3 ★Love my scale but the app is not great. It just bugs out repeatedly when I try to connect to my Google fit data. Also the UI isn't great for deciding which data gets sent - is the switch turned to the left or right yes?! Not easy to tell.
5 ★Generally a good experience to use this app. However historically there have been sporadic issues with syncing to Google Fit. The latest update broke this sync process again. I can still view all my health data inside Health Mate so the issue is minor but still irritating because I worry when the link starts working again Google Fit could be missing data. EDIT: Has been a lot more reliable lately, updating to 5 stars.
1 ★The watch does not seem to pick up activities while I'm pushing a buggy, holding a child's hand or carrying a bag. I wouldn't recommend to people who are hoping to track their steps while doing anything other than simply exercising solo.
1 ★The app is a disaster. The scale constantly looses connection to the wifi, like always after some time, even if it has a static IP and is not renewed by the DHCP. Application gives error few times that is has no internet connection even though it's connected. And speaking of the user friendliness... setting up a new user takes you 1000 steps to do so. I'll return the product and buy something better.
