1 ★Useless Service. Uber is better. They schedule a ride and then call and say that the ride will not come after its too late.
1 ★Price comparison is good as it is show less price, but I am unable to book a car then what is the use of showing less price for rentals... reflecting booking failed try again later... I believe I will never try again... wasted my entire time... hence uninstalled
1 ★Worst cab service ever faced. Cab driver not interested to travel the route booked and insisting to cancel. Pick up point showed as 2mins and no response from 20 to 30mins for pick up or cancel confirmation. Have been waiting for this cab since 1hour. Please do not assign cabs for other route if the cab driver is not interested
1 ★Very bad first time booked. After waiting for cab for 10 mins. Driver called and said it is cash payment or card. He gave invalid reason that tyre is punctured and denied to come. Will not suggests this kind of services
1 ★Worst cab service ever... This is the second time that Meru cab services have cancelled my pre booked cab at the eleventh hour . If you're not able to provide cabs at scheduled time then do you take bookings in advance. It causes alot of inconvenience. Very very bad service , won't recommend Meru cabs to anyone instead will tell them not to ever use Meru cabs .
5 ★Great Cab Service especially for Airport Drops . Pre Booked the cab a day before for 4 am in the morning and the driver arrived exactly at 4 . No last moment cancelations , you can surely rely on them even when booking at odd hours (12-6 AM) . Reasonable Prices . Great Drivers.
2 ★My experience with meru was wonderful before. But after Corona meru is not available till date. Then why it's still there after wasting my time because I am trying so many times for booking.
2 ★Stone age Android app. Night charges not mentioned while booking in Android application. Many hidden/unrevealed charges makes ride look affordable while booking, after booking we come to know that actually we have to pay more after ride ends. That's quite heart breaking.

1 ★Abysmal experience. Scheduled a cab for airport. Driver says he'll come for pickup but doesn't. Then driver details changed. Same thing happened 3-4 times. Customer care number doesn't work. Had to book Ola at the last minute because I was getting delayed for my flight.
1 ★It send me OTP over 100 times.. That too all otps received after timeout. Bad Start.. Or no start at all. They don't want you to go ahead and use their service. Uninstalling....
