1 ★The ticket will just disappear, without internet the ticket will not show up, it is a bad design cause in trains most of the time there are no signals between cities, and lately even with internet the ticket will disapear. This could be the worst app ever to show a valid ticket! Not to mention it doesn't show which track the trains are, are there WIFI, toilet, or other services. Basically it is the worst app ever!
1 ★Doesn't let you pay without registering your credit card. Added after the developer 's reply, which I didn't understand, because they reply in Swedish to an English comment.... First, don't talk to le about swish, doesn't work for me neither. All I want to do is pay with my credit card or google pay account without having to save my CC in your app, because I need to have the token of my bank with me in n order tobdo that, and I don't think people usually take it with them when they travel.
1 ★Read B4 bying I purchased a monthly ticket with student discount because I study a course. In the app it says that you should have student card + ID to be able to use that discount, which I did. For my surprise I got 150€ ticket fine, because my studies didn't qualify for student discount with Västtrafik. Weird enough, it does qualify for train travels throughout the country. Totally misleading information on the app. No wonder that company struggles for loyal customers.
2 ★I was not avle to buy tickets without a Swedish registration number. So I had to pay extra to buy tickets offine all the time. For finding schedules, no possibility to restrict routes to train only, or minimum connections. I had to use Google Maps to find train connections in parallel all the time.
1 ★Cache needs to stay longer. I keep having to re search my trip during the trip. Super annoying. This issue does not exist in the better app you are planning to delete The old app is now removed. Previous issue still exists. New issue. Can't even search for trips. Nothing happens when trying on my pixel 5
1 ★When you prohibit taking screenshots, you should provide everything in other languages like English as well. Example: if any tram or bus changes its route, it doesn't let us use any third party app to translate swedish sentences.
3 ★The app is generally good, but what annoys me is that all crucial information regarding trams and busses being late is in Swedish and it is imposed to copy the text of announcement to translate it online. Trams are also late all the time especially near Brunnsparken which makes "time between" rides inacurate.
4 ★A great app though the route you plan to take disappears too quickly, either by switching app or buying a ticket The "add to calendar" function STILL DOESN'T WORK even after several updates and I'm using Google Calendar, come on guys, don't add this button and have it not work with the most used Calendar app
1 ★It constantly requires internet connection and will hide or delete your ticket or refuse to show your ticket and will always pop up when the internet connection is lost. This is really annoying, especially when you are trying to play games on the bus and forget to kill the app before disconnect the internet.
1 ★For a few months now, the app has been giving me problems. When I purchase a ticket, either single or monthly ticket, after I pay, the money is taken from my account, but the ticket doesn't appear on the app. If I check swish, the payment has been made, but still no ticket. 15/20min after o try to pay, the money is returned to my account. I have tried paying with both swish and credit card, and the same thing happens. I went to an official store and no one could help me. I use the card now.
3 ★Unfortunately, when you have no Internet connection, you can't see and show your ticket. Imagine you have bought a period ticket but your cell phone run out of the credit for data Internet. And they are coming for control your ticket.... :-((((((( Östergotatrafik applicarion has solve this issue. Their tickets are always available on their application whether you are connected to the Internet or not.
2 ★This was used to be an excellent journey planner. UX is horrible. Have to click multiple times until I see the journey details. Look at Rejseplanen. That's the way to go... This here is more an ordinary ticketing app.
