1 ★Just adding my 2 cents lol which is about all this app is worth..removing pandora..which sadly rarely worked .. is about the last straw. Will keep this in mind when when it's time to purchase another vehicle.

1 ★App suddenly stopped working, app opens and says ready to connect but never does. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but still the same thing. Now having to listen to slacker via Bluetooth and can't sync destinations now please update.

2 ★Had numerous problems with connecting pandora and other apps with top phones have currently a galaxy s8 now still same problems... now Lexus sent email to say an up and coming update that will no longer support 3rd party app's uuuuuuugggggggg!!!!

3 ★Can't even use slacker anymore since they've moved to livexlive. Only reason why I upgraded in slacker was to use the slacker app in the car. Should have stayed with pandora since I just use the bluetooth input anyway. Edit: developers fixed this issue.

1 ★I cannot believe that Lexus would release such a garbage app. I do not even know where to start to list all of the shortcomings of this app. My 13 year old writes better applications. You pay 50k + for a car and expect smooth integration with the tools, but not with the Lexus I guess. Lexus, read your app ratings and start listening to your customers!!!

2 ★A complete disappointment. I drive a Lexus LS460, I never touched the apps section till the other day, For a car like this only this ? Are you kidding ? A few apps, nothing impressive. I would hope for modern apps, not outdated services. I pay for XM radio, why do I need these old services? Update it a little, how about Waze ? Google Maps ? No wonder why I am thinking about doing the 3rd party Android Auto option... this is joke for Lexus.. and a Joke for a LS

1 ★Why would I pay an expensive subscription, on a brand new luxury car, for a multimedia system that actually loses features over time. Let me know when you add support for Android Auto, Carplay, or Spotify, or anything new for your existing customers.

1 ★No usefull apps only usefull app was pandora and they did away with it. For the price of the cars would think they would add something better. This will seriously make me think about getting a different car brand.

2 ★This latest update on the app is just stupid. You should not have to open the app every time you get into the car. It should automatically stay running in the background as it used to.

1 ★Removing Pandora is awful. The sound quality of Bluetooth is worse than the dedicated app. Try keeping up with and not remove technologies that people actually use!

1 ★Constantly having issues connecting through bluetooth...I'm not aware of any other car manufacturer with so many infotainment system issues let alone a brand that prides itself on technology and reliability. Nonluxury car owners have better systems. Outsource the job to a third party who creates a functional product

1 ★You remove everything useful (Pandora was the only one imo) and gave us nothing in return. At least you guys can give us Spotify... This is ridiculous.
