5 ★Great user experience. The app works very well 90% of the time. Has a way of getting you hooked on the app with freebies. Nice layout, although the front page is becoming more and more populated. Excellent and expedient customer service. Very lively and extensive marketplace. Overall, great experience as seller and buyer. Highly recommended app.
1 ★Can't login today, try for for than 5 times, it's still can't login. Now in 20 August 2023, I can't login Tokopedia Seller, it keep said my phone number doesn't fit WhatsApp.
5 ★To be honest, i feel more comfortable to sell or buy products from tokopedia. I admit that Tokped Seller App has been designed as simple as possible to make sellers able to manage their products easily. But of course, this App has a big issue about 'notification'.No notif-sound when theres an incoming order/chat from buyers. I've read lots of complaint about the same problem but you guys seems to ignore it. Doing update is worthless if you unable to fix this crucial issue: the notif-sound.
5 ★One of the best market place for Indonesian. I reckon Still no.1 place for buy and sell. As a seller, Of course still needs improvement here and there. So many's features in seller apps. I Understand these features are intended to analyze the market and shop conditions. That's why so important to make interfaces that's user friendly and Not confusing. Have to facing the differences of user experience and knowledge.

4 ★Some errors often occur. like suddenly the saldo become Rp. 0,- without withdrawal. not the first time and it's happening now. I can't withdraw if the credit is zero right? Please fix it, so that we know our money is safe, and the business continues without worrying about it. And I have problema with the saldo history, it doesn't match the calculations, some invoices arent listed on the saldo history section. Moreover I can't find a way to ask the official to know where mu money goes... please
2 ★Great place to buy and sell but the app crashes often requiring frequent reset which will allow temporary function .. push notifications is lagging , which is a great shame as it affects response time which is a performance measure which seller can be penalised for delays caused by factors outside the seller control .. hopefully the app will be more user friendly
2 ★I would expect a company as big as tokopedia would lounched an app that is stable . Apparentlly not with this one 1 unstable . Sometimes u cant topup topadds .sometimes the stock change automatically Sometimes the " number of item sold differ from time to time " 2 a continous change of layout that is confusing Now its even more confusing to track the topadds spending each item ... 3 ios n android version is different . Ios cant change the stock once it have " varian"
3 ★I think the detail of pickup location is inconvenient for courier to read. It only display the region/district of seller location although the seller have set the precise location manually. However, it should be precise and displaying the detail of coordinate (street, house number etc. ) as same as the seller type on the field box of location address on the maps. It would made the courier easy to pick up without asking the same question (e.g.where is your location?) Thanks
5 ★Hello Tokopedia app development team! It is a pleasure to use this app and such a great experience I found in having transactions easily with my customer. I also would like to give a little feedback in some part that may need to be improved more. Once I would like to withdraw my money, I was trapped in the notification that requires me to create password again and again ( I deffinitely missed to do that at the beginning of signing up). Anyway, thankyou very much for creating this app 🙂🙏.
1 ★I am so disappointed with Tokopedia Order Reports. They deleted the column "Free Delivery-Yes/No" So it's really hard to sum the Net Sale. I can't count the Net Sale because I didn't know which transactions used the Free Delivery or Not. And what's more disappointed is I talked to Tokopedia Care and they don't seem to know the problems I had. My business may be small, but I do sales report, profit & loss report every month. Very disappointed despite the great UI and user friendly Apps.
4 ★Works well most of the time to check and to process orders, to check and reply chats, discussions, and reviews. UI is clean and pleasant. Functions are ptetty much the same with the website. Please add the Label printing function in the Toped Seller App as it will make a great deal of help not to have to turn PC / laptop on each time.
