1 ★Hello Tokopedia, my app is not working. Always say no internet connections when I HAVE internet connection. I need to uninstall and reinstall again to make it work but after 1 or 2 days it back said no internet connection. Fyi, this is the 5th times I had to do reinstall the app. Please fix this issue
1 ★This is the first time the application has bothered me. drug purchases must use a prescription, prescription has been uploaded many times with 2 android cellphones and a desktop on a laptop still can't. Tokopedia Care is also taking a long time to handle this case, orders are repeated by restarting, deleting cache, logging in and logging out again, replacing the device, there is still no solution in more than 12 hours I asked customer care.
2 ★Edit: the new system chat is broken, i saw the notification but when i click, nothing show me, it seem tokopedia doesnt really care about criticism, if it aint broke don't fix it, and i hate when they move the buttons from older version it make me confused, i use the app not because the app is great because it's onlineshop where i buy stuff in this pandemic situation

1 ★I have been using this app seamlessly for the past year...but the latest update wobt allow me to pay using OVO..Everytime i proceed to pay with OVO, the OVO Pin verification page wont appear and transaction will fail . I tried to use my OVO app directly for non Tokopedia transaction and it worked just fine...so this must be a glitch on Tokopedia end...pls solve the issue..

5 ★It will be more perfect if some features added to it, such as : search option in discuss menu (to make user easier to look for soke stuff that she had asked to seller), delete option in discuss menu only for consumer (to delete some chat that wont be replied by seller), delete history of transaction.

5 ★Too many bugs for this update, feed page keep refreshing after i opened 1 product. I tried to clear cache, and re-login. Worst bug occurred, the UI came back to 5 main Tab, and tokopoint gone. The thing is, I'm having transaction that using tokopoint voucher. Guess it gonna make that voucher wasted.
1 ★My order have been cancelled by Tokopedia when I've paid it. It said that there's indication of manipulation. But the fact is, I've uninstalled Tokopedia for a while due to my memory phone usage. Then I want to use it again, because I have to buy book that only on Tokopedia, but it happened, and it's truly made me inconvenient. Could you make an improvement of your apps, instead of always sign up in the first use, with option login or sign up, so my problem won't happen with others.
