1 ★I've been using akulaku for almost a year now as the cashloan is so fast and easy. Never had any late pay ments as I always pay my balance a few days before the deadline. Now that I have an emergency I've been waiting for the cash loan for too long. Tried to contact your phone number, and guess what? Its not working! Facebook customer service takes 48 hours to reply (seriously?!). Such a bad customer service. Will be uninstalling this app.
1 ★Even though it's still not due yet, I know and I can pay! But this app calls me 15 times in 1 day, 5 days before due date. That's very disturbing.
1 ★I uninstalled this app after about 3 years of being a great payer and loaning for a lot of purchases. They removed my ability to purchase via installment for a delayed payment caused by Dragonpay. Their collections promised to remove the overdue fee and clean my account but I ended up paying the 60 pesos overdue since it was not removed after multiple follow ups. Disappointing. As of 2/5/2020, they still have not fixed my account and I'm not able to do anything with Akulaku. Uninstalled.
1 ★I've heard wonderful things about this app from my sister and ny friends, but when I tried it I was really disappointed. They won't confirm me even when I submitted all the right requirements. I even connected my government and social media accounts to help with the sign up (which they authenticated) to help with the registration. But it's no help. I also sent them a message to possibly correct this but it's been a week and I still haven't heard back from them
1 ★Your app sucks as well as your customer service. It was so buggy that affected my previous loan. You provided contact numbers but all of those are out of service. Made an email several times about the proof of payment yet keep on receiving it has not been received. Very bad experience. Would not recommend this at all.
1 ★Not really happy with this app's verification process. I just downloaded this app a few days and can't get pass "Optional account for verification". Clearly says optional but you can't actually bypass it unless you select which account (in my case I need to authorize and login to my Shopee and SSS account) you would like to use for additional verification, but when I try to do so I keep getting SYSTEM.0002 Try again later. This is just frustrating.

1 ★I have reported to their customer service that my account cannot purchase on installment but my concern is still not addressed for more than a month now. All my previous purchases were already fully paid. Also, it's hard to reach them through phone calls because you're always on hold for more than 30 mins and get cut off before someone answers. And FYI, my payments are on time and my credit is good
1 ★Useless app, I have a credit limit of over 19k but can't pay in installment, paid for an item in full but it's oos so it says refunding on the status but the refund process is taking forever, I also had to return a damaged item after a month of following up with them, they already took the damaged item a week ago and still haven't heard from them as to when I will get the replacement. Reached out to customer service and was given a resolution regarding a cash loan??!!! That's not even my issue!!
1 ★I think this might be one of the worst shopping experience I got from any other application it just eats my money multiple times with a refund process of up to 10 days before getting it back you will cry begging for your own money in this app so just don't try... and one of the worst customer service if I may add the concept is good an application where you can do installments but akulaku is just not a good app that you can't trust your money with I hope an application with better management.
