1 ★I have used porter for 4 times. Every single time the drivers and helpers have asked for more money and they literally behave improper. Recently I simply searched how much does it cost for packing and moving for a friend. Some team member from porter called for the enquiry, I told I was just checking. Until this was fine, But I am getting daily 5 calls for this enquiry, even after telling many people about it they are literally spamming me. The experience is very bad.
1 ★Worst service ever driver started time when booking was confirmed took lot of time to reach and even after loading the goods. He made a scene on drop point and started asking more money and again wasted time even their representative was very rude and unprofessional he took double charge from me. Felt like cheated/scammed. Instead of using porter I will prefer using some local transport help, that would be far better. Worst experience!!
1 ★No option for support within the app , all you can do is give missed call and let them call you back. While the delivery partner has already wasted the time. Everytime a call comes through their helpline its gets automactically rejected and they call back in different language , even after requesting english language . I got call back for Telugu
1 ★I've used porter for delivery and I was checking services on the porter app. I got a call from an executive who asked what was my requirement. Interrupted me and said. " Hold on , Hold on, First of all we do not provide labour services". That's a very good way to actually to know how extra ordinary and excellent you guys are in customer service! FYI, I know you have an option of Packer & Mover. But if a customer has a query answer them with the kind of services you provide not sounding rude
1 ★Absolutely horrible experience with the packers and movers option. No tracking , no address, they can't even change the invoice the actual delivery location, and now I can't get it expensed. It's like porter has gone back 30 years in time.
1 ★Dressing table is brokend in top right corner and bed is damaged during transfer. Pictures attached for reference. They are very hurry to transfer. They are not want to listen any words, and argu with us that this type of damage can happend during transferred. Very disappointing and worst experience during transfer, not expected such kind of experience from proter.
1 ★What a joke, just downloaded, during startup I see text, fetching details...then it says no network found and that's it, nothing after it. Tried with multiple Wi-Fi hot spot and same issues. Didn't expect this kind of silly bug in app which have these much positive reviews.

1 ★Worst service ever seen in my life. There were direct shipment from jaipur to banglore express by air. But they took more time than surface(truck) delivery. And at last delivery app is working there backend so you can check out about delivery app and see it's reviews. Both are useless.
5 ★Portor really makes it easy to transport any item from one place to another without actually being present at that place. I transported an exercise cycle from one place to another without being present there, it saved my time and energy.
1 ★Don't use this app It's a fake app Deducted extra money for every order directly from wallet. When it informed, they are telling they can't even transfer our wallet amount and also they are saying fake customer Don't use this app, they have not transferring my 30k wallet amount
4 ★This was my first order and satisfied with their service. Though the first person was not able to accept my order, next person Mr.Rajan accepted my order and promised to deliver safely. I also got a call from customer care verifying the reasons for first person cancellation. over all cheap and best service pls maintain the same always and don't keep increasing costs as they wish, like other apps.
