Penilaian Keadaan Aset Atas Talian (i-PKAAT) adalah aplikasi yang dibangunkan khusus untuk memudahkan pemeriksaan dan penilaian keadaan bangunan secara sistematik dan efisien. Aplikasi ini membolehkan pengguna, terutamanya pemeriksa bangunan, untuk menjalankan pelbagai jenis penilaian terhadap aset bangunan seperti Building Condition Assessment(BCA) dan Facility Condition Assessment (FCA), yang bertujuan untuk menilai status keseluruhan bangunan dan fasiliti. Dengan menggunakan aplikasi ini, pemeriksaan boleh dilakukan secara langsung di lapangan melalui peranti mudah alih, memudahkan proses pengumpulan data, analisis, dan penyediaan laporan. Pembangunan aplikasi ini terbahagi kepada dua sIstem iaitu1. Aplikasi Mudah Alih (Telefon) dan;
2. Aplikasi Web
Pembangunan aplikasi ini adalah berdasarkan kepada Garis Panduan Penilaian Aset Sedia ada.
