1 ★Their export data button is broken. The website says you need to make an in-app purchase of 0.99 to access the .csv feature, but that option wasn't there. It just looked like I could make a request to export. Then it says, "export request sent successfully", but I don't see anything in my email reflecting this. Am I asking acaia for permission so they can then charge me? It's super unclear what to do with this.
2 ★I'm not able to adjust brew timers, only change the names on the timers, but not the times themselves.
1 ★It's good these guys can make grinders and scales because this app is probably one of the worst. No way to register with email in app so registered online then app doesn't know who I am despite website letting me in ok. Couldn't find way to rename custom drippers. All in all generally useless.

1 ★I use a Galaxy S23 Ultra. Connecting to this scale is a bit awkward, you need location on, but it's fairly seamless once connected. Logging brews is clunky. It worked at first for me, but after 4 logs every new log now is completely inaccurate. I pulled a shot this morning with a final weight of 39.5 grams (the scale did fine measuring this), but my phone showed 1,390 grams and was all messed up. I've rebooted my phone and pulled shots again and it continues to think my shots are 1k+ grams.
2 ★App works fine on my old pixel 1 xl, used to work on my pixel 7xl now refuses to connect entirely. Tried resetting scale and reinstalling app. Android, SEprofiler and the Acaia updater detect and connect with the scale no problem so it's specifically an issue with this app.
5 ★Latest update won't find my scale!
1 ★won't connect to scale. keeps asking for location
1 ★Doesn't work on Samsung Galaxy S1 Ultra 5g. Development won't fix. Don't buy the scales if you have this phone. It works on my Samsung Galaxy S7 Tablet. On my phone the scale does not have a tick next to it in the Bluetooth settings. The connection constantly drops. Remote scale says connection failed. Trouble-shooting advice here and on the web is limited. I have tried clearing data, cache, unpairing Bluetooth, uninstalling the app, reinstalling - attempt to repair - no joy 😠.
