2 ★Very difficult to get the device to sync with the app.
1 ★Ever since the whole look changed, it takes too short a time to scan for my way device, hence it cannot connect. It cant be used? :(
2 ★Screens in the app are excessively slow to load. The getting started screen is shown everytime you open, rather than just the first. Setting your sex to male doesnt work, it always reverts to female, despite the cycle tracking features remaining disabled. The english used is clearly non native too and could benefit from a native speaker rewriting much of it. The tips on the home page should be dismissable and accessible from the menu instead. There's no way to access skin records without doing an analysis.
2 ★I have a Galaxy Note 4 (SM-N910G) running 5.1.1 and I've installed the app, signed up to WAY, and the app keeps closing after I touch 'get started'. As such, I can't use my WAY device! Would rate 5 stars if I could actually use the app.
