本アプリからいつでもより簡単に「のるのす」を予約することができます。「のるのす」をご利用したい乗車日、運行エリア内にある多数の乗車地（既存の標柱バス停＋バーチャルバス停）をお選びいただくことにより、AI（人工知能）がリアルタイムに検索！ご利用者に最適な運行ルート、乗車地、お迎え可能なお時間をご案内します。
乗車予約を確定すると、指定された乗車日、乗降地点でバスの乗り降りが可能となります。
【アプリの使用方法】
◆ご利用者情報をアプリに登録してください（初回のみ）
①乗車日、出発時刻を設定
アプリの画面から乗車日と希望する出発時刻を設定します。
※希望する到着時刻を設定することもできます。
②乗車地と降車地を設定
運行エリア内からご利用になりたい乗車地、降車地を設定します。
※携帯電話のGPS機能をONにすることで、現在地からより近い乗車地が表示されます）
③乗車予約の確定
乗車地から降車地までの運行ルートと、出発・到着予定時刻が表示されます。
アプリに表示された内容をご確認いただき、表示された内容でよろしければ乗車予約を確定してください。
④予約確定通知と乗車地へ移動
乗車予約が確定すると、出発時刻、到着予定時刻、乗車地、降車地、車両情報の通知が届きます。
出発時刻までにアプリの地図上に表示された乗車地に移動してください。
※アプリの地図上に乗車地までの徒歩でのルートも表示されます。
⑤「のるのす」に乗車
お迎えの「のるのす」が到着しましたら、運転手と本人確認を行い乗車してください。
※アプリの地図上に「のるのす」の現在地（接近状況）が表示されますので、安心してお持ちいただけます。
※乗車中もアプリ上で乗車している「のるのす」の運行ルート、現在地、降車地の到着予定時刻が表示され、リアルタイムに運行状況を確認することが可能です。
⑥「のるのす」から降車
ご予約いただいた降車地に到着しましたら、運賃をお支払いいただき、降車してください。
※ご予約の際に指定した降車地以外では降車できません。
