Making some extra cash has never been so easy!Sherpa is an on-demand delivery service that is changing the way we move things from A to B! With Sherpa, you’re in control of which deliveries you want. The more deliveries you do, the more money you earn!
With the Sherpa Driver app you get:
• A visual map of deliveries near you - based on your location, we'll show you all the deliveries around you. We have a few types of deliveries, so be sure you can complete them within the required timeframe before accepting the job.
• Your current deliveries - shows you everything you need to know about each job including how much you will earn for the delivery, the item description, additional instructions and how much time until it's due.
• Suggested route - instead of you trying to work out the best route, we will do it for you. Just click the 'suggested route' icon and we will organise all your pickups and drop-offs in the fastest and most efficient order.
• Scheduling - set your work hours around your busy social life. If we know when you want to work, then we can try to keep you as busy as possible.

Note:
The app tracks your location in the background. Be aware that continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life. We recommend that you have a car phone charger while on shift.

1 ★Forget about these idiots complaining that there's no work. That's area dependant and in the inner west of Sydney there's heaps. My issue with this app is the constant notifications even when notifications are muted. Every time a job is posted my phone notifies with the default sound so most times I manually force close and use Yello instead. I get calls from the Philippines support saying there's jobs and can I help I usually have to decline cause I'm on another. Fix the notifications issue.
2 ★I keep getting notifications to say there is a new job. But there isn't. Would also be good to see a ATL tag before you pick up a delivery. I live in an area with few drivers and the jobs can sit for hours before being picked up. So one being accepted within seconds would not be correct. I can see others have made this complaint but no improvements from sherpa yet
1 ★I am User of this app for quite a time. before i was receiving jobs , but now as soon as job come and i open the app, it says no more jobs. First i thought its due to someone else accepting it before me, but its happening again and again. nobody can that superfast to accept jobs. I have tried to complain several times, but got no positive response. Finally I am giving up, and I am stopping to work for them.
2 ★I accepted a run of 6 jobs for $80 when I arrived for pickup run had changed to 13 deliveries no extra payment I complained and received no response they short changed me $70 a month later still no response but they made an adjustment of $20 still ripped off $50 today I took a run of 3 jobs for $66 when I finished I checked and only received payment of $59 after I complained they fixed it but how often do they steel a couple of bucks from me? I don't check after every job it could be thousands
1 ★This app.give me notification via email for mine document going to expire but I have already update my insurance via work pro before expire,but they still disapprove my account which is not fair ,even I have 2 car listed in my Sherpa account if one is going to expire , Atleast one should be active so I can drive but this automatically work pro Sherpa system is sucks which give me wrong notification every time like document is expire even I have already update my all documents via work pro app,
3 ★The Sherpa application is ok however the radius kilometres of when and where you can get jobs I'm actually finding that the radius of within 2 kilometres does not work as it's supposed to i can be up to 25 km away and still get the job notification howevere it's the opposite if im near the location within say a kilometre of it I don't get any notification until it's too late by this stage another driver has the job. However if im 25 kms away I'll get the job before the other driver.
1 ★Same experience as many other users: instantly clicking on notification doesn't return any job. Yet, Sherpa doesn't see any problem. Myopic business needs to stress test platform more rigorously before rolling out. You must look after both your customers and your drivers to succeed. Drivers, don't waste your time
2 ★Not really sure how good the app is as I'm still waiting to be onboarded. At a time when money is tight due to COVID-19 I outlaid $$$ to get a Police Check and obtain the recommended equipment. Had one SMS saying I needed to redo my video and upload my drivers license again which I did. No way to phone them, live chatted twice and emailed twice but after a month my account is still not approved. Now they will not even accept live chat requests.
1 ★I have created account for sherpa driver more than 3 weeks now and it's still not activated. All my require documents are uploaded but still nothing from sherpa very poor administration work. I downloaded Jimmy brings and within week I'm on road.
1 ★Downloaded the app, uploaded all the documents paid for the police check and waited almost two weeks to be told that due to the high demand of drivers my application is going to take longer. Would have been good if they had advised this sooner, doesn't sound like there is much opportunity for work.
1 ★Very bad experience as a driver with them went to deliver alcohol order as did cheak id took picture and screen starting loading for long guy took his order in and after that picture was blank and sherpa sent me a warning. And other they will remove order for no reson sayin that you cannot make it on time . On top they sent you message on your number and they will ask you to reply them within 10 minutes or they will cancel your order. are yous happy to pay my fine? For using phone ? .
1 ★They looking for delivery workers. I registered to join them. There are questions that I answered and failed in several attempts. They sent an email. They said we closed your account. Wait for 3 months. Then try again. I tried without an email and succeeded in passing the test and completed the account I received another email you have to wait 3 months because you failed to test the questions the first time. These are just questions the account will be closed.
