1 ★Very upset... Used this thing for the first time the other day and it charged me for someone else's ride before charging my own!! And this other mystery person's ride cost more than mine and both rides happened within 20 minutes of each other! My ride was 24 ish dollars and the other was 38 ish dollars, no one can take a taxi that cost that much within 20 minutes! I wrote to the company and I hope this will be fixed....
5 ★Love the app! The redesign looks good too. Booking a taxi is smooth and easy. Cost estimate and being able to see the vehicle for pickup in real time are amazing features.
2 ★android 9 on oneplus 6, notifications when driver us assigned does not work and when developer option is enabled to show anr and notification channel errors an error is seen when app is in foreground. meand you have to have the app open and refreshed to see your cab assigned. unreliable.
5 ★Told me my ride was 25.70, pre charged my card almost twice that. Granted, when i called and asked they walked me through how to cancel it, and how to pay in car, not a great app, but good service from Casino. If your not in a big rush, i would reccomend just calling them.
1 ★This app keeps telling me my number is already in use but NONE of my emails are connected to it. It's actually horrible not to mention calling the place itself is always a busy line like they only have one dispatch and one phone or something

1 ★Ordered a cab and was told that a blue Toyota Corolla would pick me up. I see the cab drive past me and disappear down the road never to return. I waited another 15 minutes before just calling for a cab. What's the point of using an app when calling us easier and more reliable?

I understand that there is a delay but this seems like an excessive amount of time to wait. I currently use Casino 2-3 times a week, but I can't afford to be waiting long periods of time for funds to be returned to my account.
1 ★So I pre paid online for a 21$ Cab. It charged me 33$ then the driver said it was an "error" and called support. Support said it was an error and to pay the cab at the end of the ride and to call the next day... I this is the 4th day IN A ROW I HAVE TRIED to get ahold of support to reverse the charge. Everytime they "connect" me I get hung up on then when I call back the operator hangs up immediately. This company is a scam please dont not use
1 ★App is terrible. cant book rides due to bugs latest version says no charge type specified but if i go to my profile to set one it is blank and i cant select it. writing this review from yellow cab after i had to call a cab since this app didnt work. Friends have similar issues. need some quality control. bring Uber
2 ★The app got the location of my home wrong and when I try to enter my location manually it gave me only one option which included the incorrect postal code which would have meant I would have had to walk several minutes to get to where a cab is scheduled to wait
1 ★I have installed and reinstalled this app several times but it just stops working whenever I try to use it. I would think that since your average review is 1.4 you would fix it or hire someone that can.
