Description
Smart Go app is developed by the Rehabilitation Division of Hong Kong Lutheran Social Service. In order to respond to the basic needs of service users, establish a support network in the community, and make best use of existing resources, members of the Smart Go APP can use various offers and information in the app:1. Electronic membership card
By contacting rehabilitation units/groups or schools in the region, we will strengthen the publicity and promotion of service users to register as member of the District Support Centers for Persons with Disabilities (DSCs), and enhance the connection between persons with disabilities in the region and different social services. If you register as a member of our two DSCs, you will receive an electronic membership card from the service center, which you can use to prove your identity to partner merchants to obtain merchant discounts.
2. Store discounts
Our two DSCs in Kowloon City and Yau Tsim Mong District negotiate with different merchants to provide discounts on goods or services to members with disabilities and their caregivers.
3. Friendly shops
Our two DSCs in Kowloon City and Yau Tsim Mong District are looking for friendly shops and places for persons with disabilities in the districts. We will also promote barrier-free design to merchants through contacts and encourage merchants and venues to participate in promoting an accessible community.
4. Disability-friendly network map of Kowloon City and Yau Tsim Mong District
Priority is given to marking commonly used barrier-free facilities in Kowloon City and Yau Tsim Mong District, such as accessible toilets, lifts, MTR stations or barrier-free entrances and exits of shopping malls, etc., so that mobile app users can quickly find barrier-free facilities. Location, convenient for traveling.
