Description
路德會青彩中心乃社會福利署資助之濫用精神藥物者輔導中心之一，服務西貢、將軍澳及黃大仙區，工作涵蓋個人與小組輔導、學校預防教育活動、外展服務、醫療支援、家庭支援、專業培訓與社區教育工作等。本中心獲禁毒基金撥款推行的「SOS 《家‧倍支援》---吸毒者家人及隱蔽吸毒者支援計劃」，主要透過家庭危機介入，情緒與精神健康急救與家庭介入輔導，去支援九龍東的吸毒者家人，促進他們覺知及應對因家庭吸毒問題導致之負面情緒或精神狀況，學習運用溝通技巧，改善家庭動力，從而推動隱蔽吸毒者尋求協助與治療，協助他們邁進康復之途。
此手機應用程式乃本計劃的其中一項服務，有需要的求助者可透過此程式與本中心的社工聯絡，安排家訪、面談及小組服務。此外，程式的使用者亦可透過此程式認識不同的身心健康資訊及自助工具，從而促進身心健康。
