Langkah
Pertama, tumis bwg bombay dengan mentega, lalu masukan udang, tumis hingga wangi tambahkan garam merica gula secukupnya, lalu masukan air, masukan wortel dan jg kentang, lalu masukan maizena, aduk2 (masak hingga kentang wortel nya matang namun tekstur nya msh crunchy) jangan lupa di cicip sudah sip belom rasa nya. Jika sudah matikan api diamkan sejenak hingga tidak panas. ketiga, siapkan lembaran kulit lunpia ambil satu persatu lalu isi dg adonan tadi di bentuk sesuai dg selera yah klo saya seperti lipatan amplop. langkah terakhir panas kan minyak goreng secukupny jgn terlalu banyak yaa agar lunpia kulit nya tahan lama kriuk nya goreng hingga kuning kecoklatan angkat dan sajikan dg bumbu kacang atau cabe rawit bisa jg dengan saos sambal selamat mencoba ya dan bisa menjadi inspirasi.
