· IDENTITY/ READ GOOGLE SERVICE CONFIGURATION/PREVENT APP FROM SLEEPING CONTROLS: These are needed to send push notifications.
· CAMERA/FLASHLIGHT AND VIBRATION CONTROLS: These controls are needed so you can take pictures or capture videos.
· USB STORAGE PERMISSIONS: This is needed so you can store/delete/modify videos created in the app.
· FULL NETWORK ACCESS: This is needed to access the internet.

2 ★Technical issues Has some features I use, however the Timecard and Paycheck viewers are difficult to get to. When I tap the button or use the tab for each it asks me to open with either the CNN or ESPN apps on my phone. I need to do a work around by opening the article for them to get to either. Please fix this!

1 ★Horrible app. Ive been unable to log in to the app for months. It keeps telling me my account is suspended. I contacted CS about it and all they're doing is keep changing my password and telling me to use a computer. What is the sense of having an app if you're just going to tell people to use a computer. Ridiculous app and ridiculous tech support

4 ★Could definitely get better, but I do like the idea of it. A lot of people probably don't even realize the benefits like discounts and stuff they have as a UPSer perhaps make more advertising for that part of the app 🤔

1 ★I'm a current employee and this app won't recognize my sign in credentials that I use everyday to clock in.

3 ★I love the app but its having issues. when I go to the paycheck viewer on my phone it goes to the Food Network app I thought this was a problem on my phone only but I downloaded it also to my Samsung tablet and the same issue is happening is there a way you can do an update and fix this. by the way I have both the UPS Go app and the Food Network app on my phone and on my tablet with the same issues.

1 ★I used this app almost on a daily basis. Out of nowhere I logged in and it said my account was suspended. I contacted technical support and they never responded. I tried again and they told me to reset my password which did nothing. Screw it, I'm done

1 ★Only use this app to check my paycheck, go to sign in and it sends me to the phone prompt, answer it and it kicks me back to main page, i understand the need for the phone prompt, needs to be implemented better.

3 ★I put it in my user ID and pin I'm not allowed access type in the numbers and letters you see in the Box I typed it in it says you did it wrong every time I can't back out of the app I have to bring up the list of all open apps and close it.

5 ★I had this app since the initial launch, to say it was "ok" would be generous but it seems all of those bugs & inconveniences are gone (No more multiple login screens!)

1 ★App was working fine. Then I got booted and the app tells me to put in my credentials. I do and it can't find it. Re did the password and still nothing. I can't access my pay stubs or log into the app. I'm very upset.

5 ★Great place to work. I just couldn't handle the heat and the packages are 70 lbs. plus just to heavy for my little frame body also if you have high blood pressure and trying to wait on getting insurance it's not for you. Have insurance before you work there or you be like me [suffering.]

1 ★I only have this app to check my time card, paycheck and I can never see it. I think I'll change back to paper check to actually be able to see my paycheck. very disappointed.
