1 ★Terrible app. It took 30 minutes+ just to get my food even though it said it woild be ready in 10. Also i got blocked into the parking spaces where you have to wait. Just save yourseld the trouble and go through the drive thru
3 ★I really wish I could rate it more. It seemed promising at first, but right off the bat an issue. I only ever get the 6 chicken finger plate, and on the option for the second sauce, two options are already selected before doing anything. The problem is you can only select one sauce per drop down, and it won't let me order, because it keeps telling me to select only one sauce. I can't even deselect one of them. On the brightside, the other finger plates are just fine, w/ no extra sauce.
3 ★The app looks nice, but unfortunately I can't use it to order what I want. I usually prefer to get a meal without the drink, which typically takes $1 off. But in the app there doesn't appear to be a way to actually remove a drink, leaving me having to order in person instead of through the app. Also probably losing Zaxby's some business, since I definitely find myself going to restaurants I can order through their app for more often.
1 ★Terrible app. I just downloaded it and every time I hit review order it says something went wrong. Clearly the app is about as good as the customer service at the stores.
3 ★Since my first review of the app in July, it's become a lot more stable (and actually usable) in the last few updates. Sometimes the sign-in page will be buggy, but I've cleared that up by closing and reopening the app or clearing the cache. The in-app experience is serviceable - I still think the top left tab has way too many options at once. Meanwhile, the main menu suffers from having strangely large icons compared to other pages. Inconsistent app design, but maybe that will be streamlined.
2 ★This app never did much for me. It offered a "free promo" but I've yet to ever receive this promo. I have scanned my app but there's no progress bar for anything or any rewards.
1 ★"This location is not accepting orders at this time" After I had already created a full order. Why not just say that when I pick the location? What's the point then?! Not to mention the long sign up process because you have to scroll by month for your birthday starting in 2003... now they have all of my personal information and I can't delete it or use the app. Big fat waste of time!
2 ★The app was OK for ordering. However, it does not seem to integrate well with the store operations. The food was suppose to be ready at 2:11. I called when I arrived at 2:13 and again at 2:25. My food did not arrive until 2:37. We had one simple order of Chicken tenders, fries and a drink. The previous time I used the app at a different location, the food was more that 10 minutes late. That's why I noted the times this trip. The total time was 37 minutes from order to delivery.
2 ★I downloaded the app almost a month ago. The advertisement promised a free sandwich as a reward for downloading. After nearly a month, the free chicken sandwich still hasn't appeared as a reward. I love Zaxby's, but this is false advertisement. Give me the sandwich that was promised, and I'll improve my review!
1 ★Worst login ever! I installed the app and created an account with no problem. But less than five minutes later when I tried to log in to my new account through the web, I get error message telling me that my email/username or password aren't recognized. So then I reset my password through the web, but it doesn't recognize that combo either. This needs to be addressed and corrected ASAP.
1 ★First time ordering was literally the worst. I ordered to a restaurant close to my house using my zip code. I even verified the address twice to not mess up. Then the order said it was at the location. I closed the app and when I went to pick up my order it turns out it was on the other side of town. Completely random and not at all close by. Zip code wasn't even close. Definitely put the worst taste in my mouth, and I love Zaxby's. Please fix your app. It's useless.
2 ★I just downloaded this app earlier today so my son and I thought this would be good to order for tonight, yet I try over and over to log in only to keep getting kicked out! It's so frustrating! I do understand glitches but after reading reviews it seems this app stays glitched all the time! Guess we will order elsewhere!
