5 ★Wow... I have very good experience with this app... A week back I have booked 3 Tickets for movie but due to some net work issue I did not receive the tickets but the amount has been detected so I have written a feedback and I did not got any response from your end. But after a week my amount refunded thanks to pvr team. Just one suggestion if someone is writing feedback please respond to that person otherwise everything is good.
1 ★The app works fine but rhe customer care service is as good as non exixting... My booking were done, but did not receive any tickets . Have been trying to get the refund since weeks now. The customer care tolll free does not exist, the mail chat responder is prompt enuf to send u a caring mail for call back, but the call takes lightyears to come to you.
1 ★Used the PVR app to book movie tickets for the first time. Extremely disappointed and won't be using it again. My payment was successful, amount got debited and then i got no tickets. Basically spent 2000rs over nothing. Horrible service. After that read numerous reviews of customers stating they got cheated the same way. Didn't expect this from a big name like PVR.
1 ★This review is not for the app, but PVR movie experience. I watched a movie at PVR Superplex, Vega City mall, Bennarghatta Road. Just pathetic seats in Audi 8. After paying ₹300 for a ticket, you get horrible seats. The seats doesn't have push back, it neither slides. You have to sit 90 degree upright for the entire movie. Leg space is also bad, you have to sit cramped. I wished the movie got over soon, but you have to sit through their ads which takes another 30 mins.
2 ★The app's feedback section is poorly designed, there's no place where you can find your previous complaints and what's the process it is in, whether it's been processed or not, there is absolutely no information.. They never answer your queries and solutions to your problems. I don't have any reason to have this app on my smartphone taking up space for no good reason, i mean come on, the booking can be done from their website smoothely then why have the app when there's no added advantage.
1 ★It's one of the worthless apps now a days. Whenever I am trying to book my tickets with redemption vouchers , the transactions failed . But the vouchers are not being returned back and it is showing that the vouchers are redeemed. If the ticket booking failed, how the vouchers been redeemed. But whenever I am booking without any voucher , it is working very smoothly. It's a horrible experience for me now a days.

First issue they offer some voucher / redeem code, even when we apply that, the total amount remains the same Second issue, Amount is debited and tickets haven't been generated! And no FAQ section or no proper customer service. We need to come here to play store to let them know the issues!! Utter nonsense. Please don't install and loose your hard earned money
1 ★Highly dissatisfied with the convenience fee they are charging. It is higher than book my show. I don't understand why they even charging this fee while app of other movie brands are not at all even charging. My point is what is the purpose of downloading PVR's exclusive app when we book ticket at a lower cost from bookmyshow. Also this app is not user friendly.
1 ★what a cumbersome app to use. trying from half an hour to book tickets using a pvr gift card. theres just one message- please wait. does google have no minimum standards that an app must have for them to be allowed on Play store? AND NEVER EVER PURCHASE A PVR GIFT CARD. You can look for its reviews on Amazon. these idiots sell fake products and just want to earn money by any means.
1 ★poor customer support, the vouchers doesn't work most of the time, PVR employees doesn't really care about coordinating with the glitch of the app, just comes up the grand rescue word "sorry". highly dissatisfied and disappointed with PVR, tried to coordinate with the managers too, they totally blam the technical error which is always the most common excuse they come up with. booked myself in director's cut, the movie didn't play at all wasted one hour. zero customer support.
1 ★There no any 0 star options available for ratings so I m select 1 star for this I m not understand what is pvr customer support team and what is pvr It team about last 8 days I m facing issue for boking thru m ticket option on PVR hasin cinema only pvr team only showing me this line ( our It team is continuously working on your concern and actively any revert we will get back u ) but what was and what are they people doing I m not clear very bad over experience on pvr app . Not use for boking
1 ★These is the worst app for booking movie ticket. I tried booking tickets and got error constantly. When reported the matter customer assured me to come up with solutions before movie timings but still they didn't reply I end up not watching the movie on schedule day and time. We have our own priorities as well I have assure my other half to watch these movie and showed my beloved on you for tickets but you ditched me on-time which creates alot of nusiance for me.
