ihail T+ is the Taxi Booking App for the Twin Cities Metropolitan Area including service to and from Minneapolis, St. Paul, MSP Airport and all surrounding suburbs.

Now you can easily book a taxi based on your current GPS location or by entering in your pickup details. ihail T+ then locates the closest cab to ensure prompt service. Using our live tracking feature, you can watch your cab arrive on a map and receive “on approach” notifications when the cab is near.

You can also schedule future pickups from any location so use ihail T+ to book a taxi to the airport tomorrow or downtown this weekend. Choose from recent locations used or save your own favorites (i.e. Home, Work, Gym, Favorite Bar, etc.).

1 ★App is in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Which is silly because they have providers with wheelchair cabs, but they just won't let you book them.

1 ★There is a field to schedule future pickups but it doesn't work. All the cabs come immediately when you request a booking. The UI buttons ate from iOS in 2007. Ugly and not very functional.

5 ★Had to download the app just to give it 5 stars because of the dumb a**es that are rating the app fo r a bad taxi ride. The ratings here are for the app. Not for your ride in a cab. That's what Yelp and other rating sites are for so use those!

1 ★Only used twice, first time terrible driver, second time canceled after waiting 45 min. for an "available taxi in my area" in the 1:00 hour!

1 ★App is complete and utter garbage.

5 ★Another car pulled into the same lane as our cab so my cab driver made an evasive action to avoid an accident. Glad that he was so attentive to the road conditions or it could have been bad. Driver told me that his defensive driving course came in handy. Thank you ihail for making your drivers go through this!

1 ★After last update it wants me to choose a payment type, which would not be an issue...if it actually let me choose credit card. However, it only let's me choose cash, then I get a confused driver. Really wish Uber was cheaper from the airport, would make life so much easier. Credit card issue still not fixed, even after update. >_<

1 ★Thought I'd give the app a try, but it won't allow me to complete the registration process. Everytime I click the OK button a window pops up that states "server error".

2 ★Why does this app need almost complete, unfettered access to my device? Seems like a security and privacy risk.

3 ★Wish my 1st ride was free with iHAIL like it is at U***,but overall, I think app is superior to other rideshare apps. Great UI. Love the fact that Credit card transactions require a security code! Extra security is a good thing!

2 ★When trying to zoom out on the map, it will refresh and zoom in at a random spot. I wish it wouldn't auto zoom at all. Cabs also take a very long time to take the request, unusually 30 min to an hour... that comment was before update, now it doesn't even show where the cab is on the map

1 ★You have no idea when or if a cab is actually coming after you hit submit . The app doesn't know any locations around town and doesn't even seem to know all the streets.
