About Salary Barometer APK
Description
It is usually very difficult to obtain accurate information on the salaries inside a given company. The only way is to ask his entourage (friends, forums, mailing lists ...) and get an idea from a set of dispersed and less accurate information.To solve this problem, we built the application 'Salary Barometer' by providing an intuitive tool that allows the community to add anonymously corporate salaries in order to subsequently help people to get an idea about the salary before entering or leaving the company. Salary barometer app allows you to:
- evaluate your own situtation in the company based on your position and your years’ experience to see if you are fairly paid or not
- Evaluate your situation at both national and international level.
Salary Barometer is designed with the 'Material Design' of Google to give you the best user interface and experience.
The main features of the application:
- Explore the salaries created by the community with the possibility to vote on the accuracy of the salary and comment,
- Search for salaries using the filters: job title, company name and years’ experience
- Create salary profiles by quickly completing the following information: job title, company name, years’ experience and net monthly salary,
- Define the user profile with the ability to provide anonymity by hiding the login and profile picture,
- See the barometer in your current company and national and international companies with the opportunity to see the minimum and maximum salaries that generated the barometer.
