2 ★I bought this to hear if when baby cries in the night. Unfortunately it plays constant sound which is like an annoying background white noise. I can't turn down the sensitivity so that it just relays my baby's voice or crying like a traditional baby monitor does. The other functions seem to work, though occasionally I've spotted the projector not rotating the image. I really want to like this but will be returning it asap for a monitor that is not constantly playing noise like an untuned radio.
1 ★the dream machine keeps disconnecting from the app so I have to go through the set up again. half the time it takes ages before I get it set up because when it find my device it takes ages to connect or doesn't at all! I've even tried connecting it next to my router and it doesn't make a difference!! worked so much better on ios
1 ★Hi, I am really dissapointed. I tried to "sign up" from the app, it won't let me. I tried the same on the browser from my phone, and only succeeded when entering in "desktop mode". Still, I couldn't login from the app. It was only after I installed "hubble monitors" and signed up there, that I could also login from "smart nursery". It is unnecessary painful to set it up. Why?
1 ★Security of this platform is abysmal. I contacted support of Motorola, Hubble and the hardware manufacturer but nobody cares. Without going into details: there is no authentication required to control any device connected to the platform. Messages from and to devices can be sniffed. I gave up hope that this will ever be fixed.
1 ★Horrible experience! Going to uninstall the app and find a way to use the humidifier alone. Flaws of the app: 1. Poor choice of error messages to let you know what you are doing wrong 2. Connecting the app to a device via WiFi should be fairly straightforward. My experience was anything but straightforward.
1 ★I bought the Humidifier + MBP83SN and the box shows the Hubble app showing room temperature and humidity, however the app does not show room temperature neither humidity. In addition to this fake merchandise, the "schedule" for turn on and off does not work. It also almost blow out my patience trying to connect the Humidifier to my phone, fortunately at least it did work after 10 min trying.
1 ★Trash. Installed once, it paired to my humidifier fine, wouldn't connect to wifi. Started over wouldn't even connect to the humidifier this time. Uninstalled the app, reinstalled it, now I can't even log in. The more I troubleshoot the worse it gets. Unsurprising that Motorola fairs far worse than other electronics companies. Garbage. Taking the whole humidifier back.
1 ★It worked "fine" for two months. It didn't connect to a Samsung phone at first, but worked right away with a HTC. Now it just gives a sound detection notification, but fails to play it and fails to turn on sound monitor. After deleting the device and app and installing it all again, it just won't connect!
1 ★Awful Experience. I am rarely able to connect my humidifier to my device. The reason I purchased the humidifier was for the ability to turn on and off from my phone without going in my daughters room. When I do connect, it only stays connected a couple days. I tried connecting again tonight and after about 30x I gave up. Please fix this!
1 ★Just took Dream Machine out of box. App setup is a nightmare. Taking an excessivly long time to connect to device, and when it does it says internet unavailable on this device. App is so basic and obviously buggy, extremely frustrating . Ready to return it. Way too annoying to set up for a first time parent!
1 ★terrible. used for dream machine. connection and sync never works. it's tricky to turn on and once on cannot be turned off unless you unplug. sound quality to talk to baby is terrible. projector sticks and picture becomes static. it's also fairly noisy when rotating. night light doesn't offer much light to see from. have got the monitor too-just hope it works better and the app is more useful
1 ★I wouldn't have gotten a baby monitor that just stops working. Literally, right now... and the last week, I have not been able to listen in on my 5 month old baby because of the terrible monitor. It always says I need an update, but won't let me update it, it always reroutes me to the play store.
