4 ★As i have taken through agent & recharge with 1100. When i use the app it's showing the balance. But when i tried to see again error is showing as (opps error occurred). Pl solve the problem as early as possible.
5 ★Very useful and must have app for every car owner. Very easy way to buy and recharge fastag, along with checking my transaction history. And many more useful features if you are taking a trip on a highway..
1 ★Payment won't be done easly ..even if done it won't be credited to your fast tag account number. Customer care is also not responding . Even after 4 days payment is not credited to fast tag or refund was not done. So don't go with this app.
1 ★Useless app. Not user friendly and no customer support also. Customer care number and email id mentioned in the app is just for the sake of providing, no one attends the call and no one responds to your mail.
5 ★Got to know this by DD News, it is extremely useful. I didn't think it would have data about a remote area in Madhya Pradesh, but they have it and even verified those with photos as well. Great work folks.
1 ★There is no way to view payment history... I used to pay Rs 70 for a two way trip.. Ideally sysrem should have deducted Rs 50 for first trip and Rs20 for return trip ... But the system showd suspended and I had to pay Rs50 again that too manually..
1 ★Very poor , I recharged with 1000rs and it hasn't reflected to my fasttag account. Its been already more the 2 weeks. The service support is very slow the customer number doesn't get connected also the no one responses to the chat messages.
2 ★Invoice generation is not working many times. Should take mobile number and vehicle no automatically for invoice generation. Vehicle number should be there in invoice

While purchasing the fast tag the DSA said - you can redeem points to recharge fast tag - you can reedem against fuel purchase on any HP petrol pump But till date i didnt find any options mentioned above ,plzz guide If i succesfully get my query solved in 24 hrs, i will give five star

1 ★I bought fastag yesterday. They claim 24 x 7 helpline, but no one is answering. My vehicle is stnding at toll plaza as toll is not getting deducted. No helpline, no support, could not pay on pc.
1 ★Worst app I had recharged 100 Rs two days back amount as deducted in my account .I have not got any message from the highway delite app . They is no helpline number to call
