1 ★Back button not working. My history gone (used old email but still no history anyway). Scrolling & selecting movies made complicated where u need to scroll the movie to the center to select. Why not make it just a tap to make selection? Why change the more user-friendly old version?? 23/11/19 - tried to book through apps. Stuck at Review Summary page & cant proceed even after tap on Checkout & Pay. Cmon GSC. Never encounter this problem using old version.
1 ★I don't know what kind of rubbish is this. I do not understand why does the app needs access to my contacts, location and even calendar. After finishing booking my movie tickets, it doesn't even show in the app and I fail the understand the purpose for users to download this app. Such a disgrace.
1 ★Even though new UI looks good, too many bugs to mention. Profile picture wrong orientation and cannot edit/crop. Seats which currently booked or locked used same black color which confusing. Unable to Checkout & Pay after selecting seat (able to checkout after hard restart). Developer dont know how to code well for this new app. Better revert old apps.
3 ★I've been an active user over the years and so far it seems to work just fine. However,the UI is starting to get really old and it really needs a fresh new design like TGV cinemas. Also,if you delete the application your purchase history will vanish despite logging into your account.
1 ★Do not fix what is not broken. The reason i like GSC over TGV and MBO is due to your previous appa which is easy to use and hassle free. Though interface a bit dated but it simply does it job as all apps should. Previous version fast ticket function where all movies showtime is there at a glance is way better than current movies based version.
2 ★I do not like the new version. It is so glitchy, hard to maneuver and does not have good flow and ease of use. We also cannot see what the next change of movies are, and what the showtimes are for all the movies in one particular cinema. The app desiger should fired. Seems like hastily done work.
1 ★This update is really terrible. The app hangs and keeps lagging. I couldn't even choose or tap anything without the app automatically froze so I can't see any movie/cinema details, let alone make any bookings. It just keeps frozen on that same page I touched that I have to manually stopped the app. Already tried uninstalling and reinstalling, still the same issue.
1 ★How hard is it to put a "Sorry, we're closed at the moment" notice to save the users from confusion instead of a blank black screen? Stupid lazy admin. Doesn't even deserve one star.
1 ★I don't know what to say but why is it taking too long for you to fix the app ? This new app is glicthy as hell especially when you to buy the tickets. I click proceed and nothing happen and I have to force my way to buy using the web browser which is also glitchy. The most frustrating thing about this app that you can't close the app using back buttons. You need to use the home button in order to exit the app which is not a problem considering that is a basic feature. Fix it fast pls la GSC
1 ★After I update today, I can't sign in. The app ask me to sign in via mobile number but when I try to, it says the phone no don't exist. And the app don't give me the option to login via email. Please fix this as soon as possible! ***Basically what GSC is trying to say ;- old acc is invalid & there is no way to revert back & we've got to re-register as a new/fresh member. GSC is saying after registration there'll be a section in it to sync back previous history fr old acc into the new acc?
1 ★New UI ia horrible. Everything s so small and hard to see and there is a lot.of bloat. This is one of those "lets make it look pretty but screw practicality" type of updates. Theh also require mandatory sign in now. Presumablynso they can collect data and sell it. Basically bad anti consimer move bt GSC all around and as a customer of 14 years I'm bitterly dissappointed.
1 ★After TGV updated their app to what it is now, it was the worst with very bad connection quality. And now GSC had to follow them. The old interface was a lot better and efficient then what it has become now. Just the worst kind of interaction there is. Make the experience smoother for app users and I might consider giving this app a higher rating.
