5 ★Love Whataburger! Makes ordering so much easier, no more long drive through lines and you get rewards just for signing up and every 5th visit. I don't have one close by, but I got the app you n Florida and after 2 visits I had already gotten a free full size burger and cinnamon roll. THANK you Whataburger!!!!

1 ★Curb side? No after you wait ten minutes with your food sitting under a heat lamp, then go in to check on it. They let you know they don't do curbside, no note. Just irate customers looking for food they already paid for, getting cold, and no longer fresh as it could have been.

4 ★Great way to order ahead. If you read carefully, you can use the app easily. It continues to have good upgrade with features added. One thing it needs is a request drink carrier button.

1 ★Total POS. 4 of the last 5 times I've used this app for curbside, it has crashed when I try to check-in at the restaurant. I either have to go IN to pick up my curbside order, or I have to flag down an employee and tell them I have a curbside order ready. Complete waste of an app.

5 ★Had issues with the app before, posted a review and feedback and the issues were actually fixed within a few updates. You really don't see that kind of action from many large app developers. Whataburger is fantastic Texas food.

1 ★Placing an order after midnight means you won't get your order until 24 hours LATER. I will never be using this app again. It was my first and last time using this app for delivery. Deleting it now. Extremely disappointed in Wataburger and how it is ran. I wish there were better people in charge, because the food is great! But the way things are ran is shameful.

1 ★App will no allow you to login. I put in the login information and when you hit sign in it will not do anything. Uninstalled and installed App twice. Tried to order without logging in and it won't even pull up the menu.

1 ★Faulty app or false reporting. No matter what location I pick it always seems to never have the chicken strips or the chicken bites available even though they do have them available.

2 ★"Oops, we are having a technical issue with our system, please try again later." For 5 days this happens when I try to click on order. What's the point of a food app when you can't even order food?

1 ★THE APP SUCK AZZ!!!! SENDS YOUR ORDERS TO DIFFERENT LOCATIONS THAN YOU ORDERED FROM AND THEN WHEN YOU GET TO THE STORE THE MANGERS REFUSE TO MAKE YOUR ORDER SAYING THAT THEY DONT SEE IT IN THE SYSTEM . BUT, IN YOUR BANK ACCOUNT THEY HAVE TAKEN THE MONEY OUT FOR YOUR ORDERED. SO BASICALLY THEY ARE CALLING YOU A LAIR. IF I COULD GIVE 0 🌟 I WOULD . WHATTABURGER YOU HAVE LOST MY BUSINESS FOR GOOD!!!

4 ★Decent app. Whenever I try to place a delay order for breakfast though, it keeps telling to set it for breakfast time which I do and won't let me order unless I remove breakfast items. Kind of annoying

1 ★Not getting credit for visits!...my last 2 visits they scanned my app but I didnt get credit, and last time they scanned it twice!...doesnt even work when you input the receipt!
