1 ★I would rate this company zero stars if possible. AVOID. Do not listen to the positive reviews. Unreliable, unprofessional. Booked for an end of tenancy clean and they did not turn up and did not even bother to call. When complaining to customer services was told that they were unable to park as couldn't figure out how to use the pay and display and so left and were now unable to return?! Even though we had a booked time slot. Awful service, don't know how they are running with staff like that.
2 ★Booked a service through the app, nobody arrived at the appointed time and then the customer service blamed me for making "the wrong booking", when all i ve done was click interior painting and book a time slot... Nobody could tell me what exactly i have done wrong but made sure it was clear that it was my fault. On a plus side, they gave me 10 pounds to spend on another one of their services.. Not a very fantastic service unfortunately. Also a part of their fantastic club but didnt really help!

1 ★Style over Substance it doesn't accept postcodes. which drives everything so you can't use any part of the services. so you try to start a chat.. which doesnt work. If you like a colourful icon on your desktop go ahead and install this app. it's not too useful for anything else
2 ★App is not the most intuitive, however does the job. Ultimate issue is the service is not reliable. Often cancel day before and directed to the app to reschedule, but not clear on the app how to re arrange a session you've already been charged for.
1 ★Wow So bad it defies imaging. Turned up to clean my windows form the inside only. Charged 60 quid for 4 windows. Did a bad job so I had to re-clean. Wouldn't clean the actual window at all. I was on the phone for 1 hour with them. They just put me on hold and hang up. Hopeless Save your money.
1 ★Glitchy app. Constant cleaner change with little advance notice. High fees and terrible customer service. Avoid at all cost the trap of their membership, it means very little to them and u will not get anything extra from this company.
1 ★Really poor - appointments are often re-arranged at the last minute, the problem was wrongly diagnosed when the appointment did happen, and the electrician has left me with a 'solution' worse than what I started with! Avoid!
1 ★app keep on saying there an update when there s none.. For those who wondered the app is like the cleaning service you get :fantastic at the begining and then you found your cleaner sitting in your sofa texting ...as you may have guessed customer service is similar to the app
1 ★Unreliable, the workers don't turn up on time or even they don't turn up at all. When they do turn up many of them don't even speak basic English and you cannot communicate with them to give simple instructions. When there is a problem it's impossible to get through to a supposed line to sort
4 ★The regular cleaners who came were always very kind and professional. However I had few issues with some bookings being late few weeks in row. I had their services for windows cleaning and fantastic removal and they were great. Very professional, on time. I would definitely recommend this company.
