1 ★This app and website is fake. It takes your info, says its processing the order and you'll never receive the item. I ordered a laptop Sept 18 said it would be delivered by Sept 27. It's now sept 30 I cant get in contact with customer service. I keep calling and no answer. The link provided doesn't give any delivery info either. They basically have my bank info and I have no product. I wish to cancel the lease so I can go elsewhere. I dont trust this at all and neither should you. BUYER BEWARE!
4 ★Although the hold times are long, the reps will call back quickly,. The customer service reps and the reps in the returns dept were PHENOMENAL!!!. Big shout outs to Liz and Linda!!! Overstock sent me the wrong merchandise and did not want to accept responsibility and have it returned to them or send me the correct items. Those reps at Flex shopper fought my fight for me!! I mean, it took a little time, but they all came through, including the management team!!! Thanks, Flexshopper🥳🥱😴🥳

3 ★Editing my review to add a couple stars. I have successfully ordered and received several items. In other cases though I've ordered things listed as "in stock" just for them to either cancel or never send anything. Customer service is hit or miss. I've had some people who were kind and helpful and others who were rude and sarcastic. Everything I have received was brand new though and affordable so long as you get it paid in 90 days. Paying for a whole year will be at least double the price.
5 ★If you cant pay something off in 90 days, then obviously you shouldnt be trying to buy it in the first place. Everybody i see complaining are the ones that still owe 3 months after they received it. I got a $300 lawnmower because i know i can pay that off in 90 days. I would love one of the $600 lawnmowers but common sense told me, i cant afford that one.
