5 ★Fantastic items The bags and shoes are the best I've seen. I would recommend them to anyone. Note: Spend the extra $1-$4 for the same item as it improves the quality you get just a tiny bit. But all items are good to great.
5 ★This app is great. I was skeptical at first due to hearing about other shopping apps for products overseas, but this app has not failed me. Great products, real products. I've received everything I ordered and have no issues with payments. You will save a lot of money using this app for the same products in luxury stores and on luxury items but for much less. I highly recommend DHgate for shopping.
1 ★nothing makes sense on this ap. they charge an amount, promise a lower amount will be charged, but only after payment made, I make payment, never got discount. I have a friend that ordered and received his item. if not for that I would think this was a scam site for sure. there is no phone number to call for order assistance, no email support, no live chat and just message center. I guess I just wait for item to arrive then dispute bill with credit card to the actual amount that was promised ..?
2 ★Some sellers are great, others are terrible. I found it's a 30/70 ratio of good/bad (bad being more often than good). It's hard to determine what kind of seller you'll get. Dispute option doesn't always work in your favor -even if you recieve the wrong item (they want the sale, so they lie) or if the items are rusty & dangerous- you'll get a $10-30 refund for $100+ purchase, sellers refuse to take back their defected items in exchange for full refund. You're stuck with garbage.

Then I get message saying that they don't have what I ordered and offered me something completely different can't even use what they offer now getting my money back been trying but haven't gotten anything done because seller put that it was sent so I have to wait till after the beginning of next month to make sure that I don't get it I told the recording that they didn't have it to send so how am I going to get it
1 ★purchases dont work without jumping through several hoops, customer service is useless and basically non existant, i cant even link a credit card currently. garbage, pure & simple. It's now 2024 and nothing has changed, tried to place an order again and it's still next to impossible. Just use temu or another Chinese shopping app
1 ★Absolute shocker of an app, layout is terrible, pop ups are constant. No direction. Search and filters are practically useless as the same items just show up over and over again. Needs some serious work to become a useful interface
1 ★Ordered twice on this app from different sellers for cheap concentrate rigs.1st time was okay. Shipping took months 2nd time the seller never shipped my item but said they did. Couldn't dispute it for 2 months cause of how the app works. When I finally disputed and got a refund, I waited 15 business days, then called my bank and they basically told me they couldn't help me (only 500 characters can't fit it in this review). Save your time and money and stay away from this app
1 ★Very disappointed! Had the wrong product sent.out! Then eventually they decided to except it back! I then sent it back (at my cost) and now I haven't received a refund or postage £ refunded!!!!!! No communication anymore!!!! So I'm around £150 out of pocket! Due to the time difference it's very difficult to communicate! I have now given up! Very unhappy with service! Please bare this in mind if your planning to buy from DHGate. Very bad customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
4 ★Overall better then it was whrn i first started wuth them. Still can't find how to send a link to someone to check out the site (i know its there) can't find figure out to access local wearhouse. Been asked to rate site but always seems to not do so. Coupons hard to apply to purchase. Need to make it easier. Most store owners are great. Still love the site even with all it quorks
1 ★There was a typo with my account user name when I set it up, but I did not know it. I never got an email to confirm my account yet they charged my credit card so I disputed the charge with my credit card after about 3 weeks I received the order one item was not as described and the other was 2 sizes bigger than the tag said and it had sewing flaw. After finally communicating with dhgate on Facebook they got my account fixed but my order does not show up even though I received it and payed for it
2 ★I've been screwed over more than once using DHgate..... that's not to say I haven't also had good or positive experiences buying through them, because I have, and there are some very good deals to be had, but much like any other monster retail hub that acts as a middleman for multiple retailers, there's always going to be one here or there that are not good sellers.
