1 ★Every request to clean the street that had a big pile of construction debris mixed with dirt was miraculously not the city's problem, the last excuse was the homeowner/ resident is responsible for six feet off the curb into the street to keep clean. The city of Dallas just caters to wealthy neighborhoods is my experience because that's where I see the city vehicles doing work.

1 ★App is too slow and unresponsive, and the idiots in the city government just refuse to ever do the right thing by ticketing and towing the selfish entitled drivers parked in bike lanes.

5 ★You can call them for anything pertaining to the City of Dallas services they are available 24/7, 365 days of the year including holidays and weekends. They're very kind and courteous. Thank you to all the employees of the 311 operations.

3 ★The app works great. The worst part is that nothing gets done when putting in a service request for loose and aggressive dogs running crazy in the area. All they do is closed the report and say they will put a higher volume of patrols. Yet still don't see anyone patrolling the streets. So what's the point of reporting the animals if no one comes around or nothing gets done or if no one contacts us to see about the issue.

1 ★I reported lack of care of a dog 2 days ago and no one has came to look at it this is ridiculous these animals aren't being taken care of properly I'm disappointed in dallas

1 ★First off, I have already cleared the cache and app data, un-installed and installed the app again, just to encounter the same problem. I login, pick service, designate location, all that works fine. But then the DETAILS screen pops up, circle spins a couple of times, and I get a blank page, every time. Naturally, I can't do anything further at that point.

1 ★It's hard to go into the website and choose what it is that you need to complain about.

3 ★Only half the app works properly. The old version worked better.
