1 ★Like other reviewers, we have been extremely displeased with this app. We have a small team and when half of us cannot login, receive, answer, or return calls because of this app, we lose business. When we have tried to engage with customer support they have denied our technical problems even exist. We will be looking at other options.
2 ★Very buggy. App crashes. Never confident the texts are always working. Sometime trying to use the app to dial from a webpage doesnt load the number and I must try again. Also calls drop going from cell service to wifi (auto connections) and vice versa. Needs work and I am hopeful it gets better. The positive is that call quality is good. Edit 02/16/2021: Dispite updates to the app, it is still terrible. Support will attempt to fix the bugs with you but it is just a bad app.
5 ★I don't know what all the negative reviews are. Mostly from people with too much junk apps on their phones. If you have FB, messenger, and other calling apps plus your bluetooth and other settings, it can interfere w each other. I've had this app for 2 years on my LG droid and never had issues. My partner has an iPhone which Apple updates and screws with whenever they want and causes him all kinds of problems. Just my three cents worth. Works great for me for over 20 months now, both previous version and this one. People should be better educated how to use their phones and make them work more efficiently.
2 ★I had to update my rating and notes because the app constantly gives me problems. Calls either go straight to my voice-mail or I can't answer them at all. The call just disappears. Since I am the only person answering calls through the main line, this is a major problem.
1 ★App keeps crashing when trying to sign in
1 ★Whenever I call or receive a call, the other side cannot hear me. Nothing fixes this issue. This is only a recent (over 1 week) issue. Once it's fixed, I can change my rating to reflect the working app.
2 ★The app is not well done. It hangs frequently, requiring me to go to "stop app" in Android settings. Its list of locally-stored contacts will only display in first name order. Nextiva's response to unfavorable reviews is more often a rote apology than a fix.
1 ★App only works for day, after nothing works. Always displays error occured, please try again for everything. I can still get incoming calls but everything is in an errores state. Keep shopping around. Run from nextiva.update: Contacted their support no help
1 ★Nothing but problems. I've been on the phone with support so many times trying to fix my issues. My voice after a few minutes cuts out completely. My calls drop. Piece of garbage app.
2 ★App does not display call if the phone is locked. Switching to another app during the call affects the ability for the caller to hear. When a cell call comes in through the native phone app it affects the ability for the caller to hear. Have to disconnect and call back. I would like to see the ability to switch between the native phone app and the Nextiva app without call disruption. Possibly integrate the ability to answer inbound cell call in the Nextiva app.
1 ★This app has performed very poorly since I began using it a year and a half ago. Connectivity is poor, errors when tryimg to answer calls,, often displays phantom calls, etc. etc. Strangely it seems to get worse with each update. At least the dev is consistent.
1 ★I still can't make calls. I reinstalled, on different phones and have great WiFi. The only private data permissions im refusing to burden your security folk with are my contacts, my camera and my documents. I know for a fact you don't need these.
