1 ★Why wouldn't the fax function be available in the app instead of forcing users to use a web portal?
1 ★it often freezes when I go to awnset a call. otherwise it often hangs up in the middle of calls, sometimes I get the calls other times I don't, and If I leave to app screen to look at something to help a customer, I am unable to get back to the active calls screen and am left unable to hang up. it also freezes any time its connected via Bluetooth
1 ★Avoid!!!!! For a company that uses phone calls as a service app they can't stay connected and drop calls or habitually hang up on you when it comes to a credit or refund or to speak to a manager that goes from being busy to not being present! You need to keep the app active or it logs you out! We lost thousands of dollars not receiving client phone calls! Wost customer service you could possibly imagine. Id give negative stars if i could!
3 ★glitches on my motorola phone and holds excessive cache due to being my work's main number. unfortunately, I can not delete storage without impacting their call logs. if further it could support I would appreciate it
2 ★I pay for Nextiva fax service and was told the app doesn't support faxing. That is very disappointing considering there are other apps that can send faxes.
3 ★It's a good app but the infernal button noise when I dial a number is so infuriating and no matter what I do it doesn't stop.
3 ★the call quality is fine when it works and I like the purported capabilities but I wish the app functioned as intended. it used to never stop ringing; literally, even if I answered a call on my office phone, nextiva would continue ringing on my mobile. now, it doesn't ring at all. and yes I've checked settings/permissions. i sometimes have to force stop it after a call because the call will show as ongoing indefinitely. for some coworkers it works fine so I don't know. ymmv i guess.
1 ★STOP LOGGING ME OUT!!!! I have missed so many calls because of how offten your app logs me ou with out saying it did.
1 ★I have used this service for nearly 5 years and I am disappointed to say the least. There have been several on going issues with receiving calls, and the app not working outright. Trying to run a business line under this service has been a nightmare as of late. When clients call, it goes strait to voicemail and does not notify me. I can't send texts anymore since they changed thier policy. Storing contacts is a nightmare, among many other things.
1 ★After the latest update, I can no longer receive calls. I don't get notifications even thought they're turned on, so the phone never rings
