4 ★1 star less for delay in shipping in the order, I was doubtful about placing order after seeing all those negative and bad ratings. I just received the two cases ordered and I have to say it looks premium and they used premium courier service like bluedart. Hoping to make more orders in future, one request to speed up the delivery process.
1 ★I ordered a sleeve for my laptop on 21st August. It's been over one month and I have not received my order yet. I have ordered several items from daily objects and I have been facing this issue since past 2 orders. But it is turning out to be a ridiculous experience this time. It has been almost a month and there has been no update in my order status. Calling customer support is no help at all, who promise me that my product will be delivered each week, well it has not reached me since a month. I think your team should well inform the user about this. This sleeve was meant to be a gift for someone for a specific occasion. Thanks for being so sincere and on time, daily objects. Will never trust you for any gift or any product now. Worst experience ever !
1 ★The most garbage and pathetic service ever. The app doesn't show you when you're order will get delivered. After waiting 2 whole days you get a message from a third party delivery app on WhatsApp which doesn't get updated on the daily objects app. No delivery time mentioned. No phone number of delivery executive. In the app it shows the order is completed. I tried contacting the customer service and it is not reachable.
1 ★Worthless app. Doesn't show you the actual status of your order. Items are good but they dont deliver the right product on the given time. I ordered apple watch strap of Brown colour but they delivered me red colour strap i asked them to pick up and send me the actual product again they sent me same item instead of brown strap. Worthless staffs and whenever i ask for the product shipment they always say that the product was not upto the quality so it is under process.
1 ★Worst experience from Daily Objects website. Ordered screen guard for my Note 10 device. It was broken out of the box. I mailed them the pictures they re-sent the screen guard, that too was broken out of the box due to the very poor packaging. I sent a mail there was no response. I will not recommend to order from this website and get into tangle when it comes exchange/returns. Better to order screen guards from Amazon as they provide far greater packaging and better customer service.
3 ★Good products. Little costly but ok enough. The problem is your logistics. It takes ages to get the booked products delivered. Also, those logistics track numbers won't work at all. We just need to wait. Moreover, update the previous products delivery. I got my bag last week itself and it's still showing that it's shipped and I yet to receive. Please upgrade your logistic chain..
1 ★Horrible quality. The images that are shown are totally deceptive. The delivery takes a loooong time. The management doesn't respond to complaints actively. You keep going back and forth without any progress. DON'T buy anything from here. Had a bad experience with notebooks as well as laptop sleeves. So everything is equally bad
1 ★The delivery service is too slow. It's been about a month since I ordered and haven't received it yet. Still waiting for my order. Wouldn't recommend to buy from daily objects to anyone, no doubt the items displayed are good but delivery issue just faint the excitement of getting it.
1 ★Pathetic quality. Purchased a back cover worth 1000 bucks 3-4 months ago and it is torn already from the sides, glass design is extremely prone to scratches, loses almost all it's charm instantly after first use. Feeling as if I got robbed. Worst waste of money I've ever done.

I just love the UX & even though the prices do seem a little on the higher side but if I need something which is available on DO, I most definitely wouldn't look elsewhere. 1 ★I ordered 2 covers a few days back and then it was showing get your order in 2/3 working days it's already been more than that and my order hasn't even reached processing stage yet. Very poor service by such and exclusive brand as they sell their products at such higher rates and doesn't even have express delivery even.
3 ★This site is fraud, they run various offers which they won't honor. I got scammed in buy and get one free offer, where I only received one product. I wrote to them about the same and they are not responding in email or phone. Best stick to Amazon or Flipkart. It seems like due to some technical difficulty they have not recieved my mail response. But they could have solved the issue without a response. Any how I have updated stars to 3 , if I get a quick resolution I'll update stars to 4.
