1 ★Very disappointed... i have should paid more attention to the reviews which it recommends not order from this app.. now it happened with me, what i ordered its out of stock, and it was not mentioned their in the app and even they didn't tell me until i messaged them so i got to know !!!! What a service guys , keep it up ! Then i asked for refund they said it takes 45 to 60 days almost 2 months to refund money for q upset customer .. i feel so bad
1 ★The one that has been delivered to me is all fake!!!!!. not even a tester... I've been using the perfume for more than 10yrs and you can never fool me for the scent of this one. The scent is totally different and after spraying it, in just 5mins the scent is totally gone. Don't buy from VIP brands they are cheaters...
1 ★Very poor service. Placed an order in May which I received in June and only partial quantity and different perfume. Requested for refund and haven't received the money back till date.... I would advise all consumers to read these reviews before you install this application.
1 ★there was a problem with shipping as I got the perfume broken and the liquid is out of the bottle and at the end informed me that will give you 30% as per a ridiculous policy that is not there saying "perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged because of shipping conditions" why will I be responsible of shipping problem and there is another item I requested and didn't receive because its not available and they informed me that they will give voucher with the amount and I have no plans to buy again
3 ★The perfume testers I received had original scent and lasted well for 3-4 hours (as expected). I did not find them fake unlike what others have commented here. The bottles felt really original based on look, feel, tocuh and quality of bottles. Perfume did not leave any steins on clothes. Shipping is not best in time, but is reasonable. Tracking of shipment is something challaneging, as I dont think its updated at every point of chain. I will leave it to 3 stars untill I get better experience as I am surely planning to order more of the testers.
1 ★Its been over than 2 months and the customer service doesn't answer for my perfumes, i ordered and paid online and i cant even refund my money, thats scam and fraud and im going to report the authority unless there is a quick respond in that matter.
2 ★-Some of the showed perfumes are not available when ordered. -There are no accurate measures for the clothes -We always pay extra fees for the delivery company -The shipping is too long (vip brands takes long time to send the item to the shipping company)

1 ★Hi folks. this was my first experience (so what claimed as original tester perfumes by vipbrands).i ordered Dior Sauvage EDP and Acqua di gio profumo testers. They are 100 % fake tester perfumes. The reason being, both of them smell totally different than original fragrance. Not even closer to original. you can easily identify it Wasted my time and money. what to do with fast delivery or original type bottle if liquid and fragrance is not original and even if fake smells irritating to nose.

1 ★I have a shipment that was ordered 2 months ago from writing this review and it still hasn't arrived. Also the tech support hasn't responded to me over 10 days. Easily the worst app i have ever used in my life. Congrats. P.S. don't bother responding, I'm not reading it.
