3 ★The app is very basic but it works. The audio constantly cuts out or gets very quiet and the video player is dated and doesn't have many modern features. I'd like to see a picture in picture mode like YouTube and Netflix have. Overall the app meets basic expectations and that's just about it.
1 ★Ive had the app crash because of the opening logo, on a Samsung S20 FE. The downloan button doesnt always work, Ive had it refuse to download on a wifi6 100Mbps connection until i forced close the app and retry. These is no option to change the download location, or select what quality it downloads at. Im not looking forward to swapping from Animelabs to this piece of junk. They need to improve the quality of this app quick.
1 ★I hate this app. I cant get internet at my house so I have to download shows through this app while I'm at work or in town. That is my own fault but most of the time the downloads will just randomly fail or get half way through and stop downloading. The way this feature of the app performs sincerely upsets me thus why I'm giving it 1 star if I could give 0 stars I would
1 ★I loved this app, I don't watch TV so this and YouTube are my only sources for media consumption. Just wish the English dubbed came out faster ( I'd understand if it were a week or even two weeks after the original Japanese release, but anything after 3 weeks is ridiculous for a "premium" account). Overall, I loved this app but now wouldn't recommend it to any anime lover. As of now it will not connect and log me into my account and others have had this same issue.
2 ★App has a lot of issues. Unable to pause/play in earbuds, Extremely long load times when minimising the app or skipping forward, Unable to download shows to watch off-line Layout/design is clustered. I've been forced to use this service instead of Animelab as they've been purchased by funimation, I enjoy the shows it has but your app make it difficult to want to use
2 ★The app is great for watching animes on as they have a wide range of choice of anime shows. However they have an insane amount of ads. The ads could range from 30 secounds to 1 mintue 30 which is just crazy annoying!! Each episode i watch could contain 4 ads the minium. Not only that but the app is constantly telling me my password is not strong enough and denies me from logging in. Please fix this as it is extremly fustrating. Anime lab is a much better platform to watch anime and has less ads.
2 ★For a paid app the amount of crashes and also loading is just downright terrible and they don't even listen to their customers at all for any issue. The iPad version is 10 times worst. Just about all versions I've used on other platforms all have some issue that makes it hard to use. They should never left VRV that was the only time I had good experience using that app to see their content. If you are going it alone fix it. SMH.
1 ★Awful servers. Freezes constantly and takes 1/2 an hour to watch 15 minutes and constant hassles. Not worth it. Edit : again apps not worth it. Constant non stop loading of seasons, changes the episode you were on so you lose track, episode is in English yet regardless of the setting play in unsubtitled Japanese, half the time the app just doesn't work at all. Easier to pirate. This is why anime get cancelled because companies like this are the ones you have to watch them on. Ridiculous.
2 ★While the UI isn't bad it needs work other platforms. I think Q/A needs to do a better work in each platform. In my tv is awful to use the app on my android is decent and pc worse. The autoplay works when it wants to in pc, on android (Latest version) works better and on LG Oled CX tv works fine. Lastly the playlist and saved episodes needs a lot of work to buggy and difficult to navigate with some episodes no even playing or starting the series when you're half way.
3 ★It's a decent app in my opinion. I finished watching The Promised Neverland and Danganronpa: The Animation. At first, I wasn't too bugged by the ads, but I want to break my phone at this point. I have to go on 4Anime just to get new episodes and an adblocker to ignore the ads. I don't want to pay for a subscription. Please try to decrease the amount ads on this app and don't put the same ones 4 times in a row. Thank you for coming to my TED talk. 😒
1 ★WORST APP EVER! It logged me out and won't let me log back in even though I bought a subscription and it keeps saying login canceled! It's good at first but within a few days you're going to understand why it has only 3 stars. Don't get it, the app is basically just robbing you... (ps I've only had the app for 4½ days)
1 ★So, I'm pretty pissed off with the app as of now. The app in general is meh, a bit worse than other streaming platforms, but what annoys me is the incredibly cheap tactics they use to get money. Shows will be listed as available for non premium users, (all episodes) and you'll watch about halfway through, but then all of a sudden the show is marked as premium only and begs for your money. This has happened quite a few times, and it's definitely no accident. Absolutely horrible to do to people.
