1 ★Worrysome. I had to use this app for my insurance provider. It calculated the area of my property wrong by about 800 sq ft, or about 57% more than it actually was. I can say this in confidence because both myself and an appraiser were within 5% of each other. I don't like that this app is so incredibly inaccurate, and what that potentially means for my insurance.
5 ★Update: This app is truly the best 3d scanning app. It has officially been a year, I have now used this app to help me in my career, used the scans for resin 3d printing, and helped other professionals. I seriously can not thank the creators enough! I am completely obsessed with this app! Incredibly accurate and detailed 3d rendering of your house that you can then edit to find new looks and styles for!! The best part... it was completely free and no ads!

I used to pay someone thousands of dollars to get me elevations and rooflines for my plans. Now I can get it done on my own for free and quicker than anyone could do it. 1 ★I cannot get the measurements. The description says it can give me measurements from 8 photos. I took the photos. No measurements. It is in the title of the app and I see no way of getting them. Useless without the measurements.
5 ★After tried the app , I am very impressed for this app's function and features . I uploaded two blueprints for car garages. I get one complete Roof and siding infos . It is professional masterminds that calculate all the necessary infos for a car roof ,siding . Windows ,doors and dimensions of all of that . The most impressive thing of the 3D report have sloped or pitched details that helped me understand the blueprint better . This app has so much potential in so many ways to many people . 💕
1 ★Awkward, slow, glitchy, freezes out. You select a color and some work, some don't. Just not worth using. Much smoother options out there. The app is bad enough that I may switch contractors because it created a very awkward back and forth and just put a sour taste in my mouth on the whole thing using this app and contractor. 🤷♂️
5 ★My builder needed a model house to test the app. I wasn't expecting much due to landscaping, fencelines & outbuildings obscuring many of my shots. I figured at least my builder could use the info to evaluate any weaknesses with the app. I was so wrong! I can't attest to the accuracy of the measurements, but from a homeowners perspective, HOVER delivered. It generated an accurate likeness of my home with many options for renovating; never could I have imagined those possibilities by myself! ❤️❤
5 ★Wow! I had a 3d rendering of my house for insurance purposes and it was spot on. My house is multi leveled, on a slope, and oddly shaped. I was very skeptical it would render and it was PERFECT. It even got stairs, all the windows, even the color of the roof. Prev owners did a lot of add ons and the roof is shaped really crazy and it rendered that perfectly as well and I didn't even get on the roof to snap pics of it. I was able to download a PDF for future use as well with very detailed info
