1 ★Poor service and coverage, very bad customer service and if you're using pre-paid sim they will take all your money on the very last day, in this way forcing the customers to spend more money. If you can use different carrier in Bulgaria.

1 ★Support android 4. for older devices or alternatively allow functioning of already installed app. After all, it is an application for communication with A1 and managing your A1 account. What's the point to deny access to the service for older androids, apart from pushing new devices tactics.

1 ★App crashes every time I try to open it. It says try again later. Updated app to the latest version but nothing changed. Still unable to see anything except for возникла грешка опитайте отново.

5 ★Looks like all is good

2 ★The application is not bad, but too often it requires update... I don't have much space on disk in my phone, so everytime I need to free space for the new version, and it means to delete and uninstall 3-4 other apps... Really bored already from that situation!

5 ★Just a generally really helpful app. It's constructed with the intention of being as simple as possible, which comes in handy as you don't need to search extensively for anything, it's right there in front of you and easy to access.

1 ★The previous version was way more simplified and efficient, showing everything you use from A1, and how much is left, on one screen.

1 ★UI/UX is awful. The step where you add your card is awful, freshmen students in FMI can do better. Shame you pay to be called the best company in Bulgaria. P.S. aside from your app, as an ISP you are also awful. I regret signing a deal with A1 for your bummy "200mbps" internet, which is not 200mbps and stops like 25 times a day. I wonder if should sue you, since in covid we are all working from home and I have to deal with this bs on a daily, thus interfering with my work.

1 ★Upgrading to a version supported by Android 5.0 and greater, but what happens with whom still uses older Android? Tell you what: application is non-functional, even the installed one. Pity, you bulgarians, just are not capable of doing a single job properly! I'm supposed to buy a new phone now or what? Bulgarians...

1 ★Doesn't even go to login page. Throws a general error. Tried to log in and it doesn't recognize my credentials. Useless app. Previous version was working fine.

5 ★This is continues improvement. Well done, now we have instant access to everything we need. I really like the feature that allows us to monitor the cost of the current period calls.

4 ★Very easy to use. Would be helpful however if you could change to English language setting earlier in the login process and without having to click around in the menus in Bulgarian.
