1 ★Parts of app do not work at all. For example, Messages are not opened, just shows loading ring all the time. Return purchase button also only shows loading ring and nothing happens even after 5 min of waiting. Item was returned to sender and no way to resend or get money back.
1 ★App itself works alright however the sheer amount of push notifications and lack of notification categorization is unacceptable. This whole notification craze only started recently, before i only got notifications for shipping status updates or seller messages, now i get ~4 notifications every day nagging me to buy a product I literally looked at once. Can we please go back? This is ridiculous.
5 ★Very good application, but I don't really like the searching. There are no filters to find you perfect product. For example im looking for bag, with A4 size in blue colour with pockets, but all i can do is filter for money and shipping no more. Edit: Thanks, update is really helpful!))
2 ★After years of using Amazon it's just not very well put together. Navigating it in english or polish takes a bit of effort. Also the first thing I mailed was for someone else and now they have my name as that person and are refusing to change it...sigh very annoying
4 ★A great platform to find almost anything without having to leave home. Different delivery and paying options. Paczkomaty Inpost and Blik are great things to have. SMART delivery is awesome, great savings in delivery thanks to that. Just be careful, you might ironincally spend more trying to buy at least 40zl worth of products just to get Smart delivery :D. Just please ALWAYS offer the option to rate products and not only sellers. Sometimes the service is good but the product is not, hence 4 stars
5 ★Works great and is sleek and easy, it's like eBay only much better. However one thing I hate as a person who can speak Polish, but never learned how to to write it is that there are NO translations into English or other languages. If you don't understand Polish then stay away from the app, use the website and translate everything into English that way. I would also recommend checking with someone who speaks Polish before buying as Google translate is not always accurate and wasting 💰 isn't fun
1 ★Their support is rubbish. I ordered a product on allegro.pl localnie which wasn't delivered. But they accepted the money! After opening a discussion with the vendor they said they had stopped selling the product long ago. Ok pls return my money! But instead allegro marked the discussion as resolved and I can't reopen it. I applied for money return via allegro protect and filled the form but due to a bug was unable to send it. And no way to contact support! Steer clear of this app and platform!
3 ★I tried but I still prefer the web version as the app only has Polish language. Using Google Chrome I have everything automatically translated. I don't understand why this platform discriminates non Polish speakers as they are a considerable portion of their costumers. They say that they are working on it and to stay tuned but this should have been done since the beginning.
4 ★I wish there's an English language for us foreigner, so it will be more easy to order a product. I need to google translate it and be careful before i click. But then, the prices of the products are good and fast delivery. I still recommend it.
5 ★Like it! But the translations could be better, search discovery is buggy sometimes and I think these things are connected. And there is a problem with showing stores of sellers.
3 ★Needs English language option for foreign people living in Poland 🇵🇱 like me for example. You guys will have way more people using the app if you add this simple option. I'm recurring to browser and translating from there to know what I'm doing... it's unpractical and annoying.
3 ★Difficult to pay. When payment option saved its hard to change to different method. I had to cancel all the items purchased as it was in the middle of the payment. Complicated.
