5 ★This app is great, I've already got free samples as well as earned points towards rewards, such as fur baby treats and kibble, which I've redeemed as well!!! Ive only been using the app for less than a month, I highly recommend it!
5 ★My family has used Purina products and Tiday Cat for over 50 years . We will continue for 50 more because the products are good quality at good prices. our pets have thrived on their products, living out long, healthy lives. One of my cats even lived to be 22 years and 11 months playing with her toys until one month before she passed. Now that makes for terrific lives because of Puritans products.
1 ★Waste of Time. Tried multiple times to get a receipt approved. Keeps getting rejected. Reason....already submitted. If yaĺl would check my history, it is not a duplicate. No longer wasting my time. Cashing out and deleting the app. Rewards aint worth it either.
3 ★Update 10/21/2023: customer service reached out. Finally in the app. Update 10/17/2023: still unable to login. Customer service asked for a screenshot of the issue. The app restricts screenshots due to security. Never heard back from Customer Service after that. Very unimpressed. I have tried multiple ways to log in, but I get incorrect credentials. I've contacted customer service. They asked if I used android or Apple. I responded. Still no reply.
1 ★App is horrible! Worked the first few times I submitted receipts & started building points. Then every receipt I submitted was rejected due to "already submitted"! Not the case, I made the purchase & submitted the same day!
1 ★Can not log in!!!!! Keeps saying incorrect credentials. I have changed my password 4 times and still can't get in. Worthless app!!!! How are you supposed to upload receipts and earn points if you can't get in??
1 ★When I try to put in my pets information it closes done it four times and counting im still having trouble ot won't accept my picture of the pet and closes if o try to skip it y'all let me know when you get this app fixed and I will consider thinking about the ideas i might try it out again
2 ★So far, I'm not happy. I just want to review foods, not fill out a bunch of info. I have 4 dogs and 17 rescue cats. Seeking alternatives for cheaper GOOD food for them . Now after reading additional reviews, you guys got some work to do. Why not offer direct shipping instead of all this bunk

1 ★I've had so many issues with this app. Customer service is useless and gives me the same exact copy/paste answer every time I contact them but doesn't directly adress or resolve any of my problems. At this point I'm just hoping they'll reward me the last few points I'm missing so I can redeem the dog toy before uninstalling the app.

Ur all set! order n take photos of receipts to earn reward pts!! gift card offer/ diff offers u can sign up to have shipped to your address free of charge. u can't beat this offer!
