1 ★Unfortunately this version won't communicate with my RP-WD009 when I'm connected to it directly with wifi. If you have the same problem, an older version is available from the product page on the Ravpower site that seems to work.

4 ★Works great when it connects!!for some reason it loses settings and cant connect, it's a massive pain. If they could just sort this program out and make connection settings set in concrete we would all be happy!!!

3 ★A bit clunk with UI but main issue is can't hide 5G network SSID

3 ★great little piece of equipment but currently iOS 12.1.4 operating system on my iPad won't allow to transfer Raw file from the Rav FileHub. That's the whole reason I got this little piece of equipment. Wondering if there's a firmware update to address this problem?

1 ★not matured. The device is not connected, even if it is connected, the app doesn't show any content on the inserted SD card, only the local files on my phone. There is no use of location services, There is no reason to permit it

5 ★Great! I just got it off Amazon for prime day, i was a bit worried seeing the reviews thinking the file hub wouldn't be used the way i intended which was file sharing for my sd cardless phone. but i have had no problems, although the app is a battery hog

1 ★Why does this app need access to my location? Fell at first hurdle. The filehub hardware seemed promising but as usual over zealous requirements for the app make it unusable. Will be returning without even being able to try it.

1 ★This app is terrible. The first time ot was installed, it kept crashing. After it was reinstalled, the app connected once and then refused to work. What a con!

3 ★This app rarely works on my Galaxy phone but is great on my wife's iPhone. It usually doesn't connect so most of the time I use the web browser to access files.

5 ★Working fine! With Mac even better due to connected as HD inside network but great solution for Android. Auto Backup for Pics is great. Well done - Good solutions to start NAS Network.

1 ★App doesn't work! I'm connected to the hub's internet connection but it keeps on saying not connected! I really love the idea but this is just outrageous! Useless app!
